Miss Universe Tanzania 2025 is Naisae Yona from Dar es Salaam


Naisae Yona was crowned Miss Universe Tanzania 2025 in a national competition held on Saturday, August 23 at The Super Dome in Masaki.

The 28-year-old economic graduate, a mother and entrepreneur from Dar es Salaam will represent Tanzania at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November.

Celline Mollel and Shifa Adam were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. Rounding out the Top 5 were Brenda Callixte and Rania Khalid.

This year's glittering competition was hosted by former Miss Universe, international TV host and actress Zozibini Tunzi from South Africa.

Last year's winner Judith Ngusa, who competed in Miss Universe 2024 last November in Mexico, handed over the crown to her successor at the culmination of the event.

The new Miss Universe Tanzania will take home 10 million TZS and a new car from Hyundai Tanzania for her prizes.
