USA's Midori Monet crowned Miss International Queen 2025


Midori Monet of the USA was crowned Miss International Queen 2025 on Saturday, September 20 at the Tiffany's Show Pattaya in Thailand.

The 26-year-old stunner from Seattle, Washington bested 22 other beauties from around the world to win the prestigious international beauty title for transgender women.

She succeeded last year's winner Catalina Marsano from Peru. Besides winning the highly coveted crown, she was also awarded the Preliminary Best Performance and Best National Costume.

Olivia Lauren from Cuba and Ha Tam Nhu from Vietnam were announced the first and second runners-up, respectively.

Reyna Morocho from Ecuador, Taneung Chanthasenesack from Laos and Anne Patricia Lorenzo from the Philippines completed the Top 6 finalists.

The rest of the Top 12 were Isabella Pamplona from Brazil, Mina Amamatsu from Japan, Khleo Ambrose from Malaysia, Tiffany Colleman from Nicaragua, Preeyakorn Pohnprom from Thailand, and Ashlyn Pia from Venenzuela.

Originally from Tacoma, the new Miss International Queen is a full-time entertainer, designer and philanthropist. She is an advocate for mental health and is a proud mother of a chosen family for queer youth, The Kiki House of Jeremy Scott.

Last year, Midori has made history as the first ever transgender woman to compete at Miss Washington USA and made the Top 6.

This is the third time the USA won the Miss International Queen pageant. The first two winners were Mimi Marks (2005) and Jazell Barbie Royale (2019).
