Pianist Omar Harfouch to perform 'Concerto for Peace' at Miss Universe 2025


Renowned Lebanese-French pianist and composer Omar Harfouch will perform "Concerto for Peace" at the upcoming Miss Universe 2025 competition.

Accompanied by a talented ensemble of musicians, the priceless work now safeguarded in the archives of the Holy See will be featured during the evening gown presentation of more than 130 Miss Universe contestants.

Miss Universe 2024 Victoria Kjær Theilvig and Miss Universe Organization President Raul Rocha Cantu witnessed the formal handover of its original score on Monday, September 8 in Vatican.

"Concerto for Peace" is a compelling musical masterpiece that calls for world peace and harmony, a truly timely and important message.

The highly anticipated 74th Miss Universe final will be held on November 21 in Bangkok, Thailand.

Miss Universe Ireland 2026 is Aideen Howard from Limerick

Aideen Howard beat over 20 other contestants to win Miss Universe Ireland 2026 on Saturday, June 20 at the Bonnington Hotel in Dublin. The 22-year-old model and student from Castletroy, Limerick, was crowned by her predecessor Aadya Srivastava from Galway. She will now prepare to represent Ireland at Miss Universe 2026 in Puerto Rico this November. Leah Sheehan, also from Limerick, and Eileen Coyle from Derry were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. Miss Hpa-An, May Grace Parry, was crowned Miss Universe Myanmar 2026 on Wednesday, June 17 at the Hexagon Complex in Yangon. The 31-year-old Australian-Burmese model and actress edged out over 30 other contestants to win the national title. She succeeds last year's winner Myat Yadanar Soe. Vida Milivojša was crowned Miss Slovenije 2022 (Miss Slovenia) on Sunday, September 4 in the beautiful municipality of Braslovče. The 23-year-old beauty from Ljubljana bested 15 other finalists to win her national title. She is a dancer and student pursuing a degree in marketing communication and public relations. Antea Mršić edged out 14 other contestants to win Miss Universe Croatia 2026 on Monday, May 25 at Esplanade Hotel in Zagreb. The 24-year-old sports management graduate from Zagreb will now prepare to represent Croatia at the Miss Universe 2026 pageant in Puerto Rico this November. Monika Vojvodić was named first runner-up while Laura Vujica, Magdalena Fofić and Beata Šimat were the second, third and fourth runners-up, respectively. The 27-year-old television presenter and model received the crown from her predecessor Karla Bacigalupo with the presence of the reigning Miss Universe Fátima Bosch from Mexico.
