Pianist Omar Harfouch to perform 'Concerto for Peace' at Miss Universe 2025


Renowned Lebanese-French pianist and composer Omar Harfouch will perform "Concerto for Peace" at the upcoming Miss Universe 2025 competition.

Accompanied by a talented ensemble of musicians, the priceless work now safeguarded in the archives of the Holy See will be featured during the evening gown presentation of more than 130 Miss Universe contestants.

Miss Universe 2024 Victoria Kjær Theilvig and Miss Universe Organization President Raul Rocha Cantu witnessed the formal handover of its original score on Monday, September 8 in Vatican.

"Concerto for Peace" is a compelling musical masterpiece that calls for world peace and harmony, a truly timely and important message.

The highly anticipated 74th Miss Universe final will be held on November 21 in Bangkok, Thailand.

Miss Universe 2025, the 74th Miss Universe competition is set to take place on Friday, November 21 at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand. Reigning Miss Universe Victoria Kjær Theilvig from Denmark will hand over her crown to her successor at the conclusion of the event. Fatima Bosch was crowned Miss Universe Mexico 2025 on Saturday, September 13 at Sala Placido Domingo (Conjunto Santander de Artes Escénicas) in Zapopan, Jalisco. The 24-year-old designer from Teapa, Tabasco triumphed over 30 other contestants to win the coveted national title. She will represent Mexico at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Polish-American Emily Reng was officially announced by the Miss Polonia organization as Miss Universe Poland 2025 on Wednesday, October 22. The 20-year-old will now prepare to represent Poland at the Miss Universe 2025 pageant in Thailand this coming November. Emily is a graduate of John Hersey High School in Arlington Heights, Illinois and is currently a student at the University of South Carolina. The new Miss Universe Poland is no stranger to pageantry. The 25-year-old singer and image consultant from the province of Entre Rios beat 27 other contestants to win the national title. Miss Universe Portugal 2025 is Camila Vitorino

Former Miss Queen of Portugal Camila Vitorino was crowned Miss Universe Portugal 2025 last Saturday, June 14 in the beautiful and historic city of Elvas. The 26-year-old from São Sebastião, Setúbal made history as the first married woman and mother to become Miss Universe Portugal. Laura Malaquias, Diliana Fernandes, and Ivone Carneiro were announced as the first, second, and third runners-up, respectively. Last year's winner Andreia Correia passed on her crown to her successor at the end of the event. Iceland's Helena O'Connor withdraws from Miss Universe 2025

The Miss Iceland Organization has announced today that Miss Universe Iceland 2025 Helena Hafþórsdóttir O'Connor has withdrawn from the 74th Miss Universe pageant. In an official statement released on social media, the organization said that the 21-year-old psychology student from Viðey has been ill for the past few days. The statement also stated: "She is thankfully recovering but we are devastated to announce that, due to personal reasons, she has made the difficult decision of withdrawing from the Miss Universe competition in Thailand." Helena was crowned Ungfrú Ísland 2025 (Miss Iceland 2025) in Reykjavik last April. She earned the title of Miss Universe Iceland 2025 and the opportunity to represent her country at Miss Universe 2025.
