Miss Universe Singapore 2025 is Annika Xue Sager


Annika Xue Sager bested 14 other contestants to be crowned crowned Miss Universe Singapore 2025 on Sunday, October 5 at The Clifford Pier at The Fullerton Bay Hotel.

The 25-year-old master's student, fitness instructor and model will represent Singapore at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. She succeeds last year's winner Charlotte Lucille Chia.

A total of 15 finalists competed for the crown. Inez Chen, 19, and Alexis Kaur, 24, were named the first and second runners-up, respectively.

With roots in both Singapore and Germany, the new Miss Universe Singapore grew up between Tokyo and Dubai before moving to Europe to continue her studies.

Annika graduated Cum Laude in hospitality business from the Netherlands and earned a master's in luxury and fashion marketing in Barcelona.

Her advocacy centers on sustainable fashion, where she uses her platform to raise awareness of the environmental costs of overconsumption.

"I'm beyond grateful and incredibly honored to be crowned Miss Universe Singapore 2025. This moment is a dream come true, and I carry it with immense pride, humility, and a deep sense of responsibility," she wrote online.

"Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the judges, supporting staff, mentors, fellow finalists, my family, and friends. Your unwavering belief in me has made all the difference. This journey is just beginning, and I'm ready to give it my all," she added.

Miss Universe Paraguay 2026 is Gretha Matiauda

Former Miss Earth Paraguay Gretha Matiauda has recently been appointed as her country's official representative in the Miss Universe 2026 pageant. The 24-year-old beauty from Asunción is an economist, international model and entrepreneur. She succeeds last year's titleholder Yanina Gómez who made the Top 30 at Miss Universe 2025. The 21-year-old business administration student from Tochigi Prefecture beat over 40 other contestants to win the national title.
