Miss World Malta 2023 is Martine Cutajar

Martine Cutajar bested over 20 other competitors to be crowned Miss World Malta 2023 in a glittering event held on Wednesday, July 26 at Fort St. Elmo in Valletta. The 23-year-old model is now expected to represent the country at Miss World 2024 while her predecessor, last year's winner Natalia Galea will go to Miss World 2023 in India this December. Amber Debono was named first runner-up while Graziella Debono, who bagged the Beauty With A Purpose award, was announced as the second runner-up. Emily Pace Delicata and Kim Grima rounded out the Top 5 finalists while Briana Cassar received the People's Choice award. The new Miss World Malta is no stranger to pageantry, having joined the pageant in 2016 and participated in various national competitions including Miss Universe and Miss Supranational Malta. Miss World Vietnam 2023 is Huynh Tran Y Nhi from Binh Dinh

Huynh Tran Y Nhi was crowned Miss World Vietnam 2023 in a national competition held on Saturday, July 22 at MerryLand Quy Nhon. The 21-year-old business administration student from Binh Dinh bested 39 other competitors to bag the national title. She was also announced the winner of the Top Model challenge. Dao Thi Hien and Huynh Minh Kien were the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Bui Khanh Linh and Tran Thi Thoa Thuong rounded out the Top 5 finalists. Reigning Miss World Karolina Bielawska from Poland attended the glittering event as a special guest. Mylène Djihony edged out 29 other competitors to win Miss Côte d'Ivoire 2023 (Miss World Côte d'Ivoire 2023) on Saturday, July 1 at the Sofitel Abidjan Hotel Ivoire in Abidjan. The 25-year-old communication graduate from Dimbokro is now expected to represent Côte d'Ivoire at the 72nd Miss World (Miss World 2024) whose date and venue have yet to be announced. Sebim Jacky, 23, and Anney Melitsa, 20, were announced as the first and second runners-up, respectively. Last year's winner Marlène Kouassi crowned her successor at the end of the event. Kaitlyn Clarke was proclaimed Miss Northern Ireland 2023 (Miss World Northern Ireland 2023) in a glittering competition held on Monday, May 22 at Europa Hotel in Belfast. The 27-year-old social media executive for Part Three Digital from County Antrim will now prepare to represent Northern Ireland at the 72nd Miss World (Miss World 2024) pageant. Molly Rodgers from Limavady and Evie Judge from Portadown were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. Daria Gapska, last year's winner who crowned her successor as Miss Northern Ireland, is expected to compete in Miss World 2023. Millie-Mae Adams from Cardiff edged out 28 other finalists to win Miss Wales 2023 on Saturday, April 15 at The Riverfront in Newport. The 20-year-old first-year medical student at the University of Exeter succeeded last year's winner Darcey Corria and will represent Wales at Miss World 2024. Zoe Scrimshaw (25) from Chepstow, Monmouthshire, and Helena Hawke (18) from Caerleon were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. The new Miss Wales is an alopecia advocate who has suffered from the hair loss condition herself for two years. She also founded the non-profit Street Doctors Exeter whose latest campaign "8 Minutes to Save a Life" provides young people training on how to act as first responders if they come across a victim of a knife attack. The national pageant is expected to hold its 59th edition this April at Imphal, Manipur, but the exact date of the final competition is yet to be announced. Miss Centre, Amira Afli, was crowned Miss Tunisia 2023 in a glittering competition held on Saturday, February 11 at Le Pavillon Gammarth in La Marsa. The 22-year-old beauty from Kairouan is a medical student at Monastir's Faculty of Medicine and an advocate of first-aid training for the youth. She is now expected to represent Tunisia at the Miss World 2024 pageant. Her predecessor, Miss Tunisia 2021 Nesrine Haffar, was officially proclaimed Miss World Tunisia 2023 and will go to the 71st Miss World (Miss World 2023) in India later this year. Miss Tunis, Zohra Elloumi, Miss Siliana, Eya Guesmi, and Miss Djerba, Rania Mehri were named the first, second, and third runners-up, respectively. Emma Morrison was crowned Miss World Canada 2022 from a field of 50 competitors during the national pageant on Sunday, November 13 at the Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts in Ontario. The 22-year-old proud Muskegowuk Cree woman and indigenous crafts artist from Chapleau made history by becoming the first-ever Cree First Nations titleholder.
