Miss Normandie 2023 is Wissem Morel for Miss France 2024

Wissem Morel was crowned Miss Normandie 2023 in a regional competition held on Saturday, October 28 at the Caen Exhibition Centre in Calvados. The 21-year-old biology student bested 10 other competitors to win the title. She succeeds last year's winner Perrine Prunier and will represent the northern French region of Normandy at Miss France 2024 this December. Erine Maloney was named first runner-up while Ines Lelyon, Anne Claire Taton, and Estelle Mendy, were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. A total of 11 contestants took part in this year's competition. Elena Faliez (Miss Paris 2023) was crowned Miss Île de France 2023 in a regional competition held on Sunday, October 22 at the Espace Pierre Bachelet in Dammarie-les-Lys (Seine-et-Marne). The 28-year-old cybersecurity and IT consultant from Paris bested 15 other competitors to win the title. She succeeded last year's winner Adèle Bonnamour and will now represent the north-central French region of Île de France at Miss France 2024. Ness Setif was named first runner-up while Kimberley Lunion, Camilla Alash, and Ophélie Vitalbo were announced the second runner-up, third runner-up, and fourth runner-up, respectively. Former titleholder who went on to win Miss France 2022 Diane Leyre attended the glittering show. She is heading to El Salvador this November to compete in Miss Universe 2023. Miss Jura 2023 Sonia Coutant was crowned Miss Franche-Comté 2023 in a regional competition held on Friday, October 20 at La Commanderie, Dole, in the Jura department. The 24-year-old beauty hailing from Champagnole will now prepare to represent the eastern French region of Franche-Comté at Miss France 2024. She succeeds last year's winner Marion Navarro (Miss France 2023 second runner-up). A total of 12 contestants battled it out to win the regional title. Miss Picardie 2023 is Charlotte Cresson for Miss France 2024

Charlotte Cresson was crowned Miss Picardie 2023 in a regional competition held on Sunday, October 15 at Elispace in Beauvais. The 23-year-old optician from Nesle bested 13 other contestants to win the title. She succeeds last year's winner Bérénice Legendre (Miss France 2023 Top 15 semifinalist) and will now represent the French region of Picardy at Miss France 2024. Cassandre Aubry was named first runner-up while Lévana Boulou, Léane Mesnard, and Aaliyah Mantel were announced as the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. The 20-year-old student hailing from Quaëdypre bested 15 other competitors to win the pageant. She succeeds last year's winner Agathe Cauet (Miss France 2023 first runner-up) and will represent the region of Nord-Pas de Calais at Miss France 2024. The 18-year-old beauty hailing from La Chapelle-de-Guinchay will now represent the historical east-central French region of Burgundy at Miss France 2024. Angéline Aron-Clauss was crowned Miss Lorraine 2023 on Saturday, October 7 at the Salle de l'Arsenal (Arsenla Hall) in Toul. The 26-year-old makeup artist from Hilbesheim bested 14 other competitors to win the regional title. She will now prepare to represent the northeastern French region of Lorraine at the 94th Miss France. Nina Damblant was named first runner-up while Elisa Gonnot, Sarah Lhuillier, and Laurine Thiriot were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. The new Miss Lorraine succeeds last year's winner Sarah Aoutar, who placed 6th runner-up at Miss France 2023 last December in in Châteauroux, Centre-Val de Loire. Noa Dutitre bested 12 other competitors to be crowned Miss Champagne-Ardenne 2023 on Friday, October 6 at the Le Kabaret in Tinqueux. The 21-year-old beauty from Reims is the daughter of French football manager and former footballer Jérôme Dutitre. She succeeds last year's winner Solène Scholer and will now represent Champagne-Ardenne at Miss France 2024. Camille Louis-Joseph was named first runner-up while Justine Epoma, Maëlya Guessas, and Cécile Quinet were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. The 21-year-old musician, sports enthusiast, and business school student will now represent the region of Limousin at Miss France 2024. She succeeded last year's winner Salomé Maud. The 21-year-old beauty hailing from Le Cloître-Pleyben in central Finistère will now represent the northwesternmost French region of Bretagne (Brittany) at Miss France 2024. Miss Auvergne 2023 is Oriane Mallet for Miss France 2024

Oriane Mallet was crowned Miss Auvergne 2023 in a glittering event held on Sunday, September 24 at the Palais des Spectacles in Vals-près-le-Puy. The 22-year-old beauty hailing from Vichy, in the Allier department, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, will now represent the historical region of Auvergne at Miss France 2024 this December. Her predecessor, Alissia Ladevèze, finished as fourth runner-up in Miss France 2023 which was held last year in Châteauroux, Centre-Val de Loire.  A total of 15 contestants took part in this year's regional competition.
