Praveena Aanjna was proclaimed Miss International India 2023 during the Miss Divine Beauty 2023 final held on Saturday, August 26 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi. The 24-year-old chartered accountant from Udaipur, Rajasthan won the title from a pool of 16 finalists and will now prepare to represent India at Miss International 2023 in Japan. Miss International 2022 first runner-up from Cape Verde, Stephany Amado, graced the competition as a special guest and crowned the new Miss International India at the culmination of this year's event. Reigning Miss Universe Harnaaz Sandhu has arrived in Colombia for her first official visit to the country to participate in activities for Smile Train, a nonprofit organization and charity providing corrective surgery for children with cleft lips and palates.
