After three years, the traditional Binibining Pilipinas grand "Parade of Beauties" made a comeback at Araneta City, formerly called Araneta Center in Cubao, Quezon City. Wearing their floral printed one-shoulder one-piece swimsuits by fashion stylist Justine Aliman and floral headdresses, the 40 beauties who are vying for this year's coveted national titles paraded the streets on Friday, July 23. Binibining Pilipinas 2022, the 58th edition of the national competition, will take place next Sunday, July 31 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. The 24-year-old Filipino-Australian science advocate and model took home the title of Binibining Pilipinas International 2021 (Miss International Philippines) in her second attempt at the national competition.
