Miss Grand Toledo, Celia Sevilla, was crowned Miss Grand Spain 2023 on Saturday, March 25 at Centro Comercial Martiánez in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife. The 22-year-old law and international relations student from La Roda (Albacete) bested over 20 other contestants to win the national title. She will now prepare to represent her country at Miss Grand International 2023 in Vietnam this October. Alejandra León of La Rioja was named first runner-up while Carolina Barroso Pérez of Tenerife, Denisse Vivienne Andor of Almería, and Marina Edilla of Cantabria finished as second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Last year's winner and Miss Grand International 2022 fifth runner-up Hirisley Jimenez crowned her successor at the end of the glittering event. Miss Las Palmas, Hirisley Jiménez, was crowned Miss Grand Spain 2022 in a national competition held on Monday, May 2 in Maspalomas, Gran Canaria. The 20-year-old Cuban-Spanish beauty bested over 30 other contestants to win her title. She succeeds Alba Dunkerbeck and will now prepare to represent Spain at the 10th Miss Grand International (Miss Grand International 2022) competition in Indonesia this October. Oihana Torres of Euskadi was named first runner-up while Anakristina Rivero of Zaragoza finished second runner-up. Madrid's Kristina Caci and Granada's Natalia Quirós were the third and fourth runners-up, respectively. Alba Dunkerbeck was crowned Miss Grand Spain 2021 in a national competition held last Sunday, May 16 at Bahia Feliz, Gran Canaria. The 19-year-old student of international business and global marketing from Costa Canaria bested 26 other beauties to win her national title. In a post on social media, she expressed her commitment to work for bringing the first golden crown to her country. "It is a great pride but also a great challenge, and like all challenges I am going to achieve them," she said.
