Miss Grand Spain 2024 is Susana Medina of Las Palmas


Susana Medina was crowned Miss Grand Spain 2024 in a glittering competition held on Saturday, May 11 at Theatre Municipal Horacio Noguera, Isla Cristina, Huelva.

The 25-year-old representative of Las Palmas bested 34 other contestants to win the national title. She succeeds last year's winner Celia Sevilla and will now represent Spain at Miss Grand International 2024.

Idayra Tena of Tenerife was named first runner-up while Adriana Corpas of Tarragona, Luana Gheban of Albacete, and Esther Escudero of Euskadi were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively.

The Top 10 were Mar铆a Llamas of Andalusia, Rocio Mengual of C贸rdoba, Gema Adrover of Mediterranean, Mayka Rodr铆guez of Seville, and Ainhoa Gallego of Toledo.

Rounding out the Top 15 were Julia Guerrero of Atl谩ntico, Alina Farcas of Castell贸n, Yaneisy Ceballos of Costa Canaria, Valentina Pereira of La Rioja, and Daniela Quintero of Murcia.

This year's competition marked the 8th edition of the annual Miss Grand Spain pageant. A total of 35 contestants competed for the national title.

Reigning Miss Grand International from Peru, Luciana Fuster graced the event with MGI President from Thailand, Nawat Itsaragrisil.

No stranger to pageantry, the new Miss Grand Spain previously participated in Miss Universe Spain 2022 where she represented Canarias and earned a third runner-up placement.

The 12th Miss Grand International pageant will be held on October 25 in Yangon, Myanmar.

Miss Universe Philippines 2026 Top 6 national costumes announced

The spectacular Miss Universe Philippines 2026 national costume competition took place on Thursday, April 16 at the Urdaneta City Cultural and Sports Center in Pangasinan. This year's show, themed Water, was hosted by the reigning Miss Eco Philippines, Gabbi Carballo. The contestants took to the stage, displaying Filipino artistry through their colorful costumes. Following the competition the costumes from Baguio City , Roxie Baeyens, Iloilo Province , Nicklyn Jutay, Negros Occidental , Alexandria Colmenares, Pampanga , Allyson Hetland, Pangasinan , Donna Nuguid, and Tacloban City , Jacqueline Gulrajani were announced the Top 6. Miss Universe Mexico 2025 is Fatima Bosch of Tabasco

Fatima Bosch was crowned Miss Universe Mexico 2025 on Saturday, September 13 at Sala Placido Domingo (Conjunto Santander de Artes Esc茅nicas) in Zapopan, Jalisco. The 24-year-old designer from Teapa, Tabasco triumphed over 30 other contestants to win the coveted national title. She will represent Mexico at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Nadia Mejia-Webb, representing Comunidad USA, was crowned Miss Universe Ecuador 2025 in a national competition held on Saturday, July 26 at Palacio de Cristal in Guayaquil. The 29-year-old model and singer will now prepare to represent Ecuador at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Patthama Jitsawat, representing the Thai province of Chonburi, was crowned Miss Grand Thailand 2026 on Saturday, March 28 at MGI Hall in Bangkok. The 32-year-old beauty edged out 76 other contestants to win the national competition. She succeeds last year's winner Sarunrat Puagpipat of Phuket.
