Rachel Murgel bested nine other contestants to win Miss International Canada 2025 on Sunday, September 14 at Meridian Arts Centre in North York, Toronto. The 24-year-old McMaster University alumna from Toronto, Ontario will represent Canada at the Miss International 2025 pageant in Tokyo, Japan this November. Ariel Jingjing Cao and Patricia Rosalyn Seward were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. The new Miss International Canada holds a bachelor's degree in arts and science, and a double minor in business and English literature. The 22-year-old Bolivian-Venezuelan model will represent Bolivia at the Miss International 2025 beauty pageant in Tokyo, Japan this November. Her coronation took place in a special ceremony held recently at Radisson Hotel Santa Cruz in Santa Cruz de la Sierra with the presence of the Japanese Consul Yuko Wada. Vera Arianna Eloranta was crowned Miss International Finland 2025 in a glittering national competition held on Friday, August 22 in Helsinki. The 22-year-old model, actress and dancer from Hämeenlinna will represent Finland at Miss International 2025 in Tokyo, Japan this November. At the same event, Iiris Yli-Kaatiala clinched the title of Miss Cosmo Finland 2025 and will head to Vietnam for Miss Cosmo 2025 later this year. The 25-year-old beauty representing Antioquia bested over 30 other contestants to win the national title. She became the seventh winner from Antioquia and the first in 28 years after Claudia Elena Vásquez in 1996. The 24-year-old architect from Guayaquil beat 20 other contestants to win the national pageant. She is now expected to represent Ecuador at Miss International 2025. Galia Garcia was named first runner-up while Dagmar Prieto, Romina Murillo, Melany Padilla, and Isabella Sotomayor were the second, third, fourth, and fifth runners-up, respectively. The new Miss Ecuador succeeds last year's winner Delary Stoffers, who went on to compete in Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador last November.
