Puteri Indonesia 2025 is Firsta Yufi Amarta Putri of Jawa Timur


Firsta Yufi Amarta Putri was crowned Puteri Indonesia 2025 on Saturday, May 2 at the Plenary Hall of the Jakarta International Convention Center in Jakarta.

A total of 45 contestants from across the country battled it out to win the national title but the 23-year-old representative of Jawa Timur (East Java) emerged as the top winner.

The rest of the Top 4 were Melliza Xaviera Putri Yulian of Jakarta SCR 1, Salma Ranggita of Sumatera Selatan 1, and Rinanda Maharani of Kalimantan Timur.

They were respectively crowned Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan, Puteri Indonesia Pariwisata, and Puteri Indonesia Pendidikan 2025.

The Puteri Indonesia organization has yet to announce who among the Top 4 winners will compete in the next Miss Supranational, Miss Cosmo, Miss Charm and Miss International pageants.

Last year's winners Harashta Haifa Zahra and Ketut Permata Juliastrid Sari made their country proud by respectively winning Miss Supranational and Miss Cosmo 2024.

Aside from the two international titles that were brought home, Sophie Kirana also placed 4th runner-up at Miss International 2024 and Melati Tedja made the Top 6 at Miss Charm 2024.

Last night's national event was also graced by reigning Miss International Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy from Vietnam and Miss Charm Rashmita Rasindran from Malaysia.

72nd Miss World heats up with contestants' arrival in Telangana, India

Miss World 2025, the 72nd Miss World competition has officially begun in Telengana, India with the arrival of over 100 contestants vying for the highly coveted title. The beauties were checked into their official residence hotel, the Trident Hotel Hyderabad, and have been rehearsing for the opening ceremony this coming Saturday, May 10 at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium. According to the Miss World organization, the upcoming ceremony "promises to be a vibrant display of traditional Telangana folk and tribal dance performances, beautifully choreographed in a parade-style theme that will highlight the rich cultural heritage of the region." Miss Maine USA 2024 is Anne Baldridge

Anne Baldridge was crowned Miss Maine USA 2024 in a glittering state competition held on March 10 at Boston Marriott Burlington in Burlington, Maine. The 25-year-old TV news reporter representing Casco Bay bested 11 other contestants to win the state title. She succeeds last year's winner Juliana Morehouse Locklear. Shelby Ann Howell of the United States of America was crowned Miss CosmoWorld 2023 in a glittering competition held on Wednesday, November 29 at The St. Regis Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Former Miss Cosmo South Africa Lebohang Raputsoe, 26, from Vaal triangle, has been officially announced as Miss Supranational South Africa 2025. Bokang Montjane, a former Miss South Africa and now Miss Supranational South Africa national director, led the official announcement via eNCA news on Saturday, May 10. The new Miss Supranational South Africa was a finalist at Miss South Africa 2023 and competed during last year's inaugural edition of the Miss Cosmo pageant in Vietnam where she made the Top 21.
