Miss Universe Peru 2024 is Tatiana Calmell

Tatiana Calmell bested over 30 other contestants to win Miss Peru 2024 (Miss Universe Peru) on Sunday, June 9 at the Plaza Grau in Callao. The 29-year-old actress, representing the city of Talara, will now prepare to represent her country at the 73rd Miss Universe (Miss Universe 2024) in Mexico this November. She succeeds last year's winner and Miss Universe 2023 Top 10 finalist, Camila Escribens. The representative of Ica Región, Sofía Cajo, was crowned Miss International Peru 2024 and will head to Tokyo, Japan for Miss International 2024. Luren Marquez of Peru USA was named first runner-up while Vanessa Medina of Loreto finished as the second runner-up. The rest of the Top 10 finalists were Wendy Ausejo of Apurimac, Maruxa Saucedo of Barranco, Kassandra Ward of Callao, Nikita Palma of Huanchaco, Tatiana Merel of Lima Capital, and Noelia Castagnola of Trujillo. Miss Peru 2024: Who will represent Peru at Miss Universe 2024?

The much-awaited Miss Peru 2024 (Miss Universe Peru) grand final, the 10th edition, will be held tonight at the Plaza Grau in Callao. Thirty-five contestants from across the country will compete for the national title and the opportunity to represent Peru at Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico. The final show will be hosted by former Mis Peru Laura Spoya with Miami-based Puerto Rican TV presenter Carlos Adyan. Fashion model Camila Escribens, last year's winner and Miss Universe 2023 Top 10 finalist, will crown her successor at the end of the event. Peru has won Miss Universe only once since its debut at the pageant in 1952. It has been 67 years since Gladys Zender became Miss Universe 1957 in Long Beach, California. Peru's Luciana Vasquez crowned Teen Universe 2024

Luciana Vasquez from Peru was crowned Teen Universe 2024 on Sunday, April 28 in a glittering competition held in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The 18-year-old fashion model and student from Iquitos, a city in the region of Loreto, succeeds last year's winner from Mexico,  Mariana García . Valentina Colmenares of Venezuela was the first runner-up while Maria Eugênia Raposo of Brazil, Ana Paredes of Spain, and Ziari Ruiz of Nicaragua were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Aside from the new Teen Universe, Lana Collantes of the Philippines was also crowned Teen Universe Petite 2024 while the representative of Latina USA, Natalie Grace, clinched the title Pre-Teen Universe 2024. Nathaly Andrea Terrones was crowned Miss Supranational Peru 2024 in a glittering national competition held on Tuesday, April 2 in Lima. The 28-year-old surgeon, volunteer firefighter, and soprano saxophonist from Lima will represent Peru at Miss Supranational 2024 in Poland this July. Camila Bernal of Lima Este and Kimberly Pérez Infante of Lima Centro were the first and second runners-up, respectively. The new Miss Supranational Peru succeeds Valeria Flórez who placed in the Top 12 at Miss Supranational 2023 and was awarded the continental title of Miss Supranational Americas 2023. Reina Hispanoamericana 2023 is Maricielo Gamarra, back-to-back win for Peru

Peru's Maricielo Gamarra bested 26 other competitors to be crowned Reina Hispanoamericana 2023 on Sunday, January 28 in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. The 29-year-old communications graduate succeeds last year's winner, also from Peru,  Arlette Rujel . She is the second Peruvian woman to win the international title. Fernanda Rojas of Venezuela was named Virreina Hispanoamericana 2023 while Cynthia Moura of Brazil, Michelle Arceo of the Philippines, Bianty Gomperts of Curaçao, and Paula Andrea Alarcón of Colombia were the first, second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Completing the Top 13 were Darla Reyes of Bolivia, Melissa Domínguez of the Dominican Republic, Juliana Robles of Ecuador, Chesy Anribka Mose of Indonesia, Vanessa Ortiz of Italy, Carolina Pérez of Mexico, and Sarahí Figueroa of Puerto Rico. Miss Grand International 2023 is Luciana Fuster from Peru

Peru's Luciana Fuster was crowned Miss Grand International 2023 in a glittering show held on Wednesday, October 25 at the Phu Thọ Indoor Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The 24-year-old model and TV personality hailing from Callao succeeds Isabella Menin from Brazil. She is the second representative from Peru to clinch the coveted title next to María José Lora. Ni Ni Lin Eain of Myanmar was named first runner-up while María Alejandra López of Colombia, Sthephanie Miranda of the United States of America, and Le Hoang Phuong of Vietnam were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. The fifth runners-up were from Angola, Eugénia das Neves, the Dominican Republic, Skarxi Marte, Indonesia, Ritassya Wellgreat, Netherlands, Melissa Bottema, and Thailand, Thaweeporn Phingchamrat. Lucía Arellano was officially crowned the new Miss World Peru 2022 in a special ceremony held on Monday, August 14 at BTH Hotel Lima Golf in San Isidro. The 28-year-old model and entrepreneur from the Loreto region was second runner-up during last year's national competition. She has been appointed to replace the winner who was recently stripped of the title, Jennifer Barrantes. Luciana Fuster was proclaimed Miss Grand Peru 2023 in a national competition held on Thursday, June 22 in Lima. The 24-year-old model and TV personality from Callao bested 10 other competitors to win the title. She succeeds last year's titleholder and Miss Grand International 2022 Top 20 semifinalist, Janet Leyva. Rounding out the Top 5 finalists were Pía Requejo, Zuliet Seminario, Brenda Serpa, and Michelle Choque. They were announced as the first, second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Camila Escribens (right) bested 24 other competitors to win Miss Peru 2023 (Miss Universe Peru 2023) during the live telecast of the reality TV show "Esto es Guerra" on Thursday, May 18 in Lima. The 24-year-old fashion model and former Miss Grand Peru clinched the title in her third attempt at the national pageant and will now represent her country at Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador later this year. Rounding out the Top 5 finalists were Suheyn Cipriani, Nathaly Terrones, Gianella Rázuri, and Alexandra Balarezo. They were announced as the first, second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. A total of 25 beauties will be vying for the coveted national title on a date yet to be announced. Arlette Rujel of Peru was crowned Reina Hispanoamericana 2022 during the pageant's final competition held on Saturday, March 25 at the Salón Sirionó Fexpocruz in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. The 23-year-old professional model bested 28 other competitors to become the first Peruvian woman to win the international title. She succeeded Andrea Bazarte of Mexico.
