Miss Universe Albania 2024 is Franceska Rustem

Franceska Rustem was crowned Miss Universe Albania 2024 in a national competition held on Saturday, June 8 at the Palace of Congresses in Tirana. The 19-year-old model from Durrës will now prepare to represent Albania at the Miss Universe 2024 pageant in Mexico this November. She succeeds last year's titleholder Endi Demneri. "A night to remember. I want to thank you all for the support, love and every message. I love you all and I'm blessed to have you. See you all in Mexico," Franceska shared online. Albania has yet to win the Miss Universe crown since its debut at the pageant in 2002 with Anisa Kospiri who made the Top 10. Its last placement was Top 20 with Cindy Marina in 2019. Miss Universe Albania 2023 is Endi Demneri from Tirana

Endi Demneri was crowned Miss Universe Albania 2023 in a national competition held on Thursday, June 1 at Pallati i Kongreseve (Palace of Congresses) in Tirana. The 24-year-old model from Tirana succeeds Deta Kokomani and will now prepare to represent Albania at the 72nd Miss Universe (Miss Universe 2023) pageant in El Salvador later this year. "I want to dedicate this beautiful journey to my grandmother and grandfather, my two angels. I am convinced that if they were in the hall last night, the loudest ovations would come from them," she shared on social media after winning her national title. "I strongly believe that beauty isn't just about having a beautiful image, but having a beautiful mind, a beautiful heart, and a beautiful soul," she added. The Miss Universe Albania and Kosovo 2022 national competition was held on Friday, June 10 at the Venom Nightclub in Pristina. Deta Kokomani, a 21-year-old pharmacy student from Durres was crowned Miss Universe Albania 2022. She studied piano for about six years, a passion she still practices in her spare time. "No doubt Miss Universe is the destination where I should be in this chapter of my life. A chapter where I feel more confident & confident than ever to represent the figure and values of the Albanian woman in the world," she said. A 23-year-old fashion model and aspiring dentist from Pristina, Roksana Ibrahimi, was crowned Miss Universe Kosovo 2022. The 27-year-old architect and model from Tirana bested over 20 other contestants to win her national title. Albania's Paula Mehmetukaj unveils 'Queen of Earth and Skies' national costume for the 69th Miss Universe pageant

Miss Universe Albania 2020 Paula Mehmetukaj will be wearing the "Queen of Earth and Skies" national costume in the upcoming 69th Miss Universe pageant in Hollywood, Florida. The beautiful costume designed by Enada At 'Nikolla was inspired by the Albanian flag. It will be showcased at the prestigious international competition this May. "Humbled and privileged to be able to show the true colors of our country, the pride, and soul of our people," Paula said in a post on her official social media page. "Red like blood that runs through the veins, embroidered with red crystal stones from our underground treasures, this dress is the flag and I am the eagle that spreads her wings and flies as high as possible with all the Albanian pride to represent her country and show the world that just like eagles, we soar high and break all the barriers and limits."
