Miss World Canada 2022 is Emma Morrison
Emma Morrison was crowned Miss World Canada 2022 from a field of 50 competitors during the national pageant on Sunday, November 13 at the Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts in Ontario. The 22-year-old proud Muskegowuk Cree woman and indigenous crafts artist from Chapleau made history by becoming the first-ever Cree First Nations titleholder. Apart from the national title, she also bagged the coveted Beauty With A Purpose award for her "Reconnecting Through Ribbon Skirts" initiative oriented towards the empowerment of indigenous women from a young age.
