Miss San Luis Potosí, Alejandra Díaz De León Soler, was crowned Miss Mexico 2023 (Miss World Mexico 2023) on Saturday, April 15 at Teatro Morelos in Morelia, Mexico. The 22-year-old model and former Miss Globe holds a degree in language and literature. She succeeded Miss Mexico 2021 Karolina Vidales from Michoacán and will represent her country at the 71st Miss World (Miss World 2023) in India later this year. Sofía Zamora Macías of Colima was announced as the first runner-up while Karla Rivas of Sinaloa finished as the second runner-up. Emmy Puerto Arteaga of Yucatán and Mónica Carrillo of Nayarit were third and fourth runners-up, respectively.
