Tiana Michaels was crowned Queen of South East Nigeria 2023 in a glittering event held on Saturday, July 15 at Gardenia Hotel in Independence Layout, Enugu. The 23-year-old entrepreneur, event planner and coordinator bested 12 other competitors to win the title. She succeeds Queen of South East Nigeria 2021 Achalla Amarachukwu. Benita Chisom and Blessing Emmanuel were named the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Jennifer Odo Ifeoma clinched the Queen of South East Ambassador title. Queen of South East Nigeria 2023 final show is scheduled to be held on Saturday, July 15 at Gardenia Hotel in Independence Layout, Enugu. In conjunction with the 5th South East Campus Awards (SECA), the upcoming event themed "The New Revelation" marks the 6th edition of the much-awaited regional pageant. Both events will celebrate the essence of beauty, grace, and academic excellence within the country's South East region. A total of 13 contestants are vying for the title currently held by Queen of South East Nigeria 2021 Achalla Amarachukwu. They are Aleruchi Onwuchekwa, Ogechukwu Blessing, Nwachukwu Mercy, Nneoma Precious, Tiana Michaels, Benita Chisom, Victory Ogechi, Susana Sunday, Precious Ijeoma, Chioma Favour, Blessing Emmanuel, Eze Martina, and Jennifer Ifeoma.
