Binibining Pilipinas 2024 applications are now open

Get ready to witness the search for the next Binibining Pilipinas queens! This year marks the 60th edition of the prestigious competition. To join, simply download the application forms from the official website www.bbpilipinas.com . The deadline for submission is March 22. Established in 1964, Binibining Pilipinas currently selects Filipina representatives for Miss International and The Miss Globe pageants. Reigning queens, Angelica Lopez (for Miss International 2024) and The Miss Globe 2023 second runner-up Anna Valencia Lakrini will crown their successors on a date yet to be announced. Palawan's Angelica Lopez wins Binibining Pilipinas International 2023

Angelica Lopez was crowned Binibining Pilipinas International 2023 during the 59th Binibining Pilipinas edition on Sunday, May 28 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao, Quezon City. The 22-year-old model and psychology student from Palawan bested 30 other competitors to win the title. She will now prepare to represent the Philippines at Miss International 2024. Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2023 went to Anna Valencia Lakrini, 25, from Bataan. She will travel to Albania for The Miss Globe 2023 pageant. Katrina Anne Johnson of Davao del Sur and Atasha Reign Parani of General Trias Cavite were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. Last year's winners Nicole Borromeo and Chelsea Fernandez, and runners-up Nicole Budol and Stacey Gabriel crowned their respective successors at the end of the glittering event. Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Incorporated (BPCI) finally announced the official date of the Binibining Pilipinas 2023 grand coronation night. According the BPCI's announcement, "The biggest, the grandest and the most beautiful night of our year is happening on May 28, 2023 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum." This year's anticipated event will be the 59th edition of the national pageant whose winners are expected to represent the Philippines at The Miss Globe 2023 and Miss International 2024. Since the organization lost the franchise for Miss Grand International and Miss Intercontinental, only reigning Miss International Philippines Nicole Borromeo and Binibining Pilipinas Globe Chelsea Fernandez will be crowning their respective successors. A total of 40 contestants that were revealed last February will be vying for the national titles at stake. The Miss Globe 2022: Philippines' Chelsea Fernandez wins Head to Head Challenge

The Miss Globe Philippines Chelsea Fernandez was announced on Monday, October 10 as the winner of The Miss Globe 2022 Head to Head Challenge. Anamaria Babau of the United Arab Emirates placed second while Cleopatra Jones of the USA, Sofia Donado of Colombia, and Prisca Abah of Ghana were third, fourth, and fifth, respectively. Rounding out the Top 10 were Drita Ziri of Albania, Serenity Davis of Canada, Nella Cheves Serano of Costa Rica, Sirel Saad of Estonia, and Thanawan Wigg of Thailand. The representatives from Germany, Japan, Latvia, Malaysia, Montenegro, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Poland, Taiwan, and Ukraine were the rest of the Top 20 finalists for the challenge. Philippines' Maureen Montagne wins The Miss Globe 2021

Miss Philippines Maureen Montagne bested over 40 other beauties to be crowned Miss Globe 2021 on Friday, November 5 in Tirana, Albania. The 28-year-old Filipino-American events host and model was born and raised in Arizona, USA. She succeeds Miss Globe 2020 Lorinda Kolgeci of Kosovo. Nigeria's Esther Ogechi Gabriel settled for a first runner-up finish while Turkey's Melike Bali was named the second runner-up. The representatives of Venezuela, Jhosskaren Smiller Carrizo, and Canada, Hailey Hamelin-Wilson were the third and fourth runners-up, respectively. Brazil, Dominican Republic, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Guyana, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Romania, and the USA completed the Top 15 semi-finalists. The new Miss Globe is no stranger to pageantry as she has previously joined several national competitions both in the US and the Philippines before winning her Binibining Pilipinas Globe title in July.
