Indonesia's Ketut Permata Juliastrid was crowned Miss Cosmo 2024 on Saturday, October 5 at the Saigon Riverside Park in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The winning crown for the inaugural edition of the newest international pageant Miss Cosmo has been officially unveiled. Designed by Vietnamese artist Tran Chi Nguyen, the "Impactful Crown" was sponsored and made by Ngoc Chau Au (NCA Diamonds & Jewelry). The exquisite masterpiece was selected following an extensive international crown design competition. It comprises a 22-carat emerald blue diamond, 122 carats white diamonds, and 116 carats blue sapphires. Ofir Natalie Korsia was crowned Miss Universe Israel 2024 in a national competition held on Sunday, September 29 at the Hilton Aventura Miami in Florida. The 23-year-old actress, dancer, and model from Rishon LeZion will now prepare to represent Israel at the Miss Universe 2024 pageant in Mexico this November. This year's event marked the return of Israel to the Miss Universe pageant after a 2-year hiatus. A total of eight contestants competed for the crown. It was organized under the new national director Edgar Saakyan of Edgar Entertainment (USA), in partnership with Blue Ocean Venture Funds. Costa Rica's very own Fernanda Fernández was crowned Miss Orb International 2024 on Monday, September 30 in San José, Costa Rica. The 23-year-old fashion model bested 14 other contestants to win the international title. She succeeds Camila Canto from Mexico.
