An actress, model, pianist, and a trained dancer, Cynthia Linnet Lau, has been officially announced as Miss Earth Cuba 2021 in a special ceremony held on Sunday, June 27 in Miami, Florida.

The 25-year-old beauty with Chinese, Spanish, and Cuban roots was born in Holguin, Cuba, but grew up in the United States. She has a double degree in health sciences and psychology.

Cynthia was crowned by former titleholder Ariana Barouk and will now prepare to represent Cuba at the Miss Earth 2021 pageant, whose date and venue are yet to be announced.
