Miss Earth Belize 2021 is Aarti Sooknadan

Aarti Sooknandan was officially announced Miss Earth Belize 2021 last Sunday, August 8. She succeeds Miss Earth Belize 2018, Renae Shereze Martinez.

The 26-year-old social content strategist holds a bachelor's degree in advertising and marketing from the University of South Florida and a master's in business administration from Nova Southeastern University where graduated as magna cum laude.

"My Beautiful Belize, it is a distinct honor and immense privilege to be representing our jewel as your [Miss Earth Belize 2021]," Aarti shared on social media

"Belize, you are my home that is always in my heart, and I promise to make you proud at the [Miss Earth] pageant later this year," she added.

The new Miss Earth Belize is a model, entrepreneur, public speaker, painter, and ballet dancer. She will represent her country at the Miss Earth 2021 pageant whose date and venue are yet to be announced.

María Vargas of Jalisco beat over 30 other contestants to win Miss Universe Mexico 2026 on Saturday, August 29 at Tierra Sagrada in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur. The 28-year-old model and businesswoman from Guadalajara will represent Mexico at Miss Universe 2026 in Puerto Rico this November. Mariana Macías of Michoacán finished as first runner-up while Fernanda Abaroa of Guerrero, Génesis Vera of Veracruz, and Ximena Ochoa of Ciudad de México placed second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Daiana Stefani Pereyra has officially been named the new Miss Universe Argentina 2026 after the crowned titleholder Tamara Rogouski stepped down for personal reasons. Lo Colby of the USA was crowned Miss International Queen 2026 on Saturday, September 19 at the Tiffany's Show Pattaya in Pattaya, Thailand. The Hawaiian-born Thai-American transgender beauty based in Los Angeles bested 26 rival contestants to win the coveted title. She also bagged the Best in Talent award.
