Miss World Spain 2022 is Paula Pérez of Castellón


Paula Pérez, a representative of Castellón, bested 49 other contestants to be crowned Miss World Spain 2022 on Saturday, June 18 at Can Xaubet in Pineda de Mar, Barcelona.

The 26-year-old beauty holds a degree in medicine and surgery. She is a model and works as a resident doctor.

Andrea Franco of Las Palmas and María José García of Málaga were the first and second runners-up, respectively.

Completing the Top 6 finalists were Mireia Casajuana of Barcelona, Laura Etayo of Navarra, and Indara Fuentes of Sevilla.

The new Miss World Spain succeeds Ana García and will represent Spain at the 71st Miss World pageant.

The 30-year-old news anchor from Mabalacat City, Pampanga bested 76 other contestants to clinch the second golden crown for the Philippines. Miss USA 2025, the much-awaited 74th Miss USA pageant will be held on Friday, October 24 at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada. This year's competition marks the fourth occasion it will take place in Reno after 2019, 2022, and 2023. Also, this will be the first edition under the leadership of the new Chairman, President, and CEO, Thom Brodeur.
