Mister Supranational Mexico 2022 is Moisés Peñaloza of Tamaulipas


Moisés Peñaloza was named Mister Supranational Mexico 2022 in a national competition held at the Teatro Galerías in Guadalajara, Jalisco on Sunday, June 12.

The 30-year-old electronics engineer, who hails from Tamaulipas, is an actor, TV host, and athlete. He bested 26 other contestants to win his title.

Said Reza of Coahuila and Felipe Alvarez of Veracruz were the first and second runners-up, respectively, while the representatives of Tlaxcala, Paco Flores, and Jalisco, Jesus Esparza completed the Top 5 finalists.

Reigning Mister Supranational Varo Vargas from Peru was a special guest at the event.

The new Mister Supranational Mexico will join Miss Supranational Mexico 2022 Regina González in representing their country at the Miss Supranational and Mister Supranational 2022 competitions in Poland this July.

"I have always believed in work, discipline, passion, time, but above all love, it is very important to enjoy and do what you really like, never take your finger off the line, work and be in constant preparation," he shared on social media.

"It is an honor to carry our flag and be the one to sing the name of Mexico, let the countdown begin," he added.

Bea Millan-Windorski of La Union was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2026 during the final of the national pageant on Saturday, May 2 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. The 24-year-old Filipino-American beauty succeeded Maria Ahtisa Manalo from Quezon Province. She will represent the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2026 pageant, which is set to take place in Puerto Rico later this year. Miss Universe Croatia 2026 is Antea Mršić from Zagreb

Antea Mršić edged out 14 other contestants to win Miss Universe Croatia 2026 on Monday, May 25 at Esplanade Hotel in Zagreb. The 24-year-old sports management graduate from Zagreb will now prepare to represent Croatia at the Miss Universe 2026 pageant in Puerto Rico this November. Monika Vojvodić was named first runner-up while Laura Vujica, Magdalena Fofić and Beata Šimat were the second, third and fourth runners-up, respectively. Isabella Rossini, 20, from Czech Republic, was crowned Miss Aura International 2026 at the conclusion of the pageant on Friday, May 22 at FashionTV Luxe Resort in Antalya, Turkey. Miss Thailand 2025 is Chotnapa Kaewjarun from Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya

Chotnapa Kaewjarun was crowned Miss Thailand 2025 on Sunday, May 25 at MCC Hall, The Mall Ngamwongwan in Nonthaburi. The 25-year-old model representing Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya bested over 40 other contestants to win the beauty title. She succeeds last year's winner Panida Kernjinda of Chiang Mai. Pornchanit Sucharitakul of Pathum Thani and Kirana Youthong of Nonthaburi were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. A total of 85 beauties from around the world will compete in the highly anticipated 72nd Miss Universe pageant in El Salvador this November. This year's competition will mark the debut of Pakistan and the returns of 10 countries consisting of Denmark, Egypt, Guyana, Hungary, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Mongolia, Norway, and Zimbabwe. Verna Leung edged out five other finalists to be crowned Miss International Hong Kong 2023 on Saturday, July 15 at the 2020 Studio in Hong Kong. The 25-year-old fashion model and pet food bakery owner also bagged the Best in Swimsuit award. She succeeds Rosemary Ling and will now prepare to represent Hong Kong at Miss International 2023 in Japan this October.
