Mister Supranational Mexico 2022 is Moisés Peñaloza of Tamaulipas


Moisés Peñaloza was named Mister Supranational Mexico 2022 in a national competition held at the Teatro Galerías in Guadalajara, Jalisco on Sunday, June 12.

The 30-year-old electronics engineer, who hails from Tamaulipas, is an actor, TV host, and athlete. He bested 26 other contestants to win his title.

Said Reza of Coahuila and Felipe Alvarez of Veracruz were the first and second runners-up, respectively, while the representatives of Tlaxcala, Paco Flores, and Jalisco, Jesus Esparza completed the Top 5 finalists.

Reigning Mister Supranational Varo Vargas from Peru was a special guest at the event.

The new Mister Supranational Mexico will join Miss Supranational Mexico 2022 Regina González in representing their country at the Miss Supranational and Mister Supranational 2022 competitions in Poland this July.

"I have always believed in work, discipline, passion, time, but above all love, it is very important to enjoy and do what you really like, never take your finger off the line, work and be in constant preparation," he shared on social media.

"It is an honor to carry our flag and be the one to sing the name of Mexico, let the countdown begin," he added.

Señorita Colombia 2021 is Valentina Espinosa of Bolívar

Valentina Espinosa, the representative of the Bolívar department, was chosen as the new Señorita Colombia 2021 (Miss Colombia 2021) in a ceremony full of color, music, and a lot of Colombian talent on Sunday, November 14 at the Auditorio Getsemaní del Centro de Convenciones Julio Cesar Turbay Ayala in Cartagena. The 23-year-old social communication and journalism professional triumphed over 24 other beauties to win her national title. Sigríður Ósk Hrafnkelsdóttir, also known as Sigga Ózk, was crowned Ungfrú Ísland 2026 (Miss Iceland 2026) on Wednesday, April 22 at at Gamla Bíó in Reykjavík. The singer-songwriter from Garðabær will now prepare to represent Iceland at the Miss Universe 2026 pageant to be held in Puerto Rico this November.
