LIVE UPDATES: Miss South Africa 2022 Final Results

Miss South Africa 2022 final competition is taking place tonight from 6:30 p.m. at the SunBet Arena, Time Square in Pretoria.

This year's edition will be hosted by South African television personality, presenter, and author Anele Mdoda; and comedian, TV personality and YouTube sensation Moshe Ndiki while guest performers include Nadia Nakai, Boity Thulo, Rouge, Heavy-K, Elaine, Makhadzi, Lloyiso, and Ndoni.

An all-female selection committee includes advocate and professor of law Thulisile Madonsela; Miss Universe 2021 from India Harnaaz Sandhu; media personality and entrepreneur Thando Thabethe; Miss South Africa 1990 Suzette van der Merwe; investigative television journalist Devi Sankaree Govender; Miss World 2014 Rolene Strauss; and Miss Universe 2019 Zozibini Tunzi.

The show is broadcasting on Mzansi Magic (DStv Channel 161), Mnet (DStv Channel 101), and live streaming on the Miss South Africa app.

Reigning Miss South Africa and recently crowned Miss Supranational 2022 Lalela Mswane of KwaZulu-Natal will pass her national crown on to her successor among the 10 finalists at the end of the prestigious event.

The winner will represent South Africa at either Miss Universe 2022, Miss World 2022, or Miss Supranational 2023.

Miss Hawaii USA 2025 is Issha Rose Mata from Hilo

Issha Rose Mata, representing the town of Hilo, bested 16 other contestants to win Miss Hawaii USA 2025 on Saturday, March 22 at Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu. The 29-year-old model and digital marketing specialist was crowned by last year's winner and Miss USA 2024 Top 10 finalist Breea Yamat. Mikaela Bega of Maui was named first runner-up while Kristi Van Diver-Kometani of Kakaako, Alexia Locquiao Sommers of Kahala, and Faith Alvior of Valley Isle were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Miss Botswana 2025 is Ruth Thomas from Masunga

Ruth Thomas was crowned Miss Botswana 2025 (Miss World Bostwana) on Saturday, March 22 at The Grand Palm Hotel Casino Convention Resort in Gaborone. The 24-year-old clothing and textile design graduate from the village of Masunga bested nine other finalists to win the national title. She succeeds last year's winner Anicia Gaothusi from Tutume and is expected to represent Botswana at the 73rd Miss World competition. Bellezas Globales de Nicaragua 2025, four new queens crowned

Four new queens have been crowned at the culmination of the Bellezas Globales de Nicaragua 2025 pageant held on Sunday, March 23 at the Teatro Nacional Rubén Darío in Managua. A total of 24 beauties battled it out to win the opportunity to represent Nicaragua in the next Miss World, Miss International, Miss Supranational and Miss Cosmo competitions. Reigning Miss Belgium Karen Jansen, 23, has been officially announced as Belgium's representative in the upcoming Miss World 2025 competition. The psychology student and freelance model from the province of Limburg was recently crowned Miss Belgium 2025 last month in De Panne. Karen will compete with over 100 contestants from around the world to become the next Miss World this May in Hyderabad, India. Agathe Cauet to represent France at the 72nd Miss World

Former Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais and Miss France 2023 first runner-up Agathe Cauet was announced on Monday, March 10 as Miss World France 2025. The 26-year-old former nurse was first runner-up to Miss France 2023 Indira Ampiot of Guadeloupe at the national pageant in Châteauroux. Agathe will now prepare to represent France at the 72nd Miss World this May in India.
