Miss Earth Chile 2022 is Daniela Riquelme


Miss Los Ángeles, Daniela Riquelme, was crowned Miss Earth Chile 2022 on Wednesday, August 10 at Centro Cultural Espacio Matta in La Granja.

The 22-year-old medical student, and catwalk and self-esteem instructor is the creator of the "Yo está a Tiempo" where she promotes self-care and prevention of breast and cervical cancer.

Miss Santiago, Camila Vásquez placed second and was named Miss Air while the representatives of La Calera, Damaris Contreras, and Paine, Javiera Rivas, were awarded the titles of Miss Water, and Fire, respectively.

Bárbara Pacheco placed fifth while the remaining finalists were Kahina Muñoz from Calama and Paula Bernal of Viña del Mar.

The new Miss Earth Chile succeeds last year's winner and Miss Earth 2021 Top 4 finalist Romina Denecken. She will represent her country at the Miss Earth 2022 pageant in the Philippines this November.

Chile has won the Miss Earth pageant once with Hil Hernández in 2006.

Miss Universe Great Britain 2025 is Danielle Latimer

Danielle Latimer beat over 30 other contestants to win Miss Universe Great Britain 2025 on Saturday, July 26 at Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff, Wales. The 36-year-old entrepreneur, stylist and photographer will represent Great Britain at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Nadia Mejia-Webb crowned Miss Universe Ecuador 2025

Nadia Mejia-Webb, representing Comunidad USA, was crowned Miss Universe Ecuador 2025 in a national competition held on Saturday, July 26 at Palacio de Cristal in Guayaquil. The 29-year-old model and singer will now prepare to represent Ecuador at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Daphne Currat of Tungurahua and Christie Termidor of Región Sierra were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. Kaori Hashimoto was crowned Miss Universe Japan 2025 in a national competition held on Wednesday, July 16 in Shibuya. The 21-year-old business administration student from Tochigi Prefecture beat over 40 other contestants to win the national title. Saki Fujita and Reina Ishii were the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Chiemi Takayama and Naomi Monique Kamidate were the rest of the Top 5 finalists. Yamilex Hernández was proclaimed the winner of Miss Universe Latina 2025 during the culmination of Telemundo's "Miss Universe Latina, El Reality" on Monday, July 21. Olivia Yace to represent Côte d'Ivoire at Miss Universe 2025

Olivia Yace has been officially appointed by the Miss Côte d'Ivoire Committee (COMICI) as Miss Universe Côte d'Ivoire 2025. An official announcement was made by the national pageant organization on Wednesday, July 23 thru social media. They wrote, "Join us in celebrating Olivia as she embarks along with COMICI in this exciting journey, representing our country on the global stage." Former Miss Queen of Portugal Camila Vitorino was crowned Miss Universe Portugal 2025 last Saturday, June 14 in the beautiful and historic city of Elvas. The 26-year-old from São Sebastião, Setúbal made history as the first married woman and mother to become Miss Universe Portugal. Laura Malaquias, Diliana Fernandes, and Ivone Carneiro were announced as the first, second, and third runners-up, respectively.
