Miss Universe Australia 2022 final date and venue announced


Miss Universe Australia will hold its first live national final since 2019 on Friday, September 9 at the Warner Bros. Movie World on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

The exciting news from "the land down under" has been officially announced on social media today.

Tickets for the final show are now on sale at pinktankevents.com.au.

Reigning Miss Universe Australia Daria Varlamova will crown her successor at the end of the event. The next titleholder will compete at Miss Universe 2022, possibly later this year.

Australia boasts two Miss Universe winners in history. They are Miss Universe 1972 Kerry Anne Wells and Miss Universe 2004 Jennifer Hawkins.

Vanessa Pulgarin from Colombia was proclaimed the winner MGI All Stars 2026 on Saturday, May 30 at MGI Hall in Bangkok, Thailand. The 34-year-old model bested over 50 other contestants to win the first edition of the pageant. She is expected to return for the second edition to defend her title. Miss Universe Croatia 2026 is Antea Mršić from Zagreb

Antea Mršić edged out 14 other contestants to win Miss Universe Croatia 2026 on Monday, May 25 at Esplanade Hotel in Zagreb. The 24-year-old sports management graduate from Zagreb will now prepare to represent Croatia at the Miss Universe 2026 pageant in Puerto Rico this November. Monika Vojvodić was named first runner-up while Laura Vujica, Magdalena Fofić and Beata Šimat were the second, third and fourth runners-up, respectively. "I am endlessly grateful for every single person who believed in me," the new Miss Universe Croatia shared online. Kaori Hashimoto was crowned Miss Universe Japan 2025 in a national competition held on Wednesday, July 16 in Shibuya. The 21-year-old business administration student from Tochigi Prefecture beat over 40 other contestants to win the national title.
