FAVORITES: Miss Grand International 2022 Top 16 pre-arrival favorites

In just one week, over 70 women from around the world will arrive in Bali, Indonesia for the Miss Grand International 2022 pageant, the 10th anniversary edition.

We carefully observed and scored each contestant before the actual competition and we came up with a Top 16 list of favorites. Please note that one contestant (Miss Grand Vietnam) has not yet been chosen at the time of publication.

Reina Hispanoamericana 2026 is Kimberly de Boer from Curacao

Kimberly de Boer of Curacao beat 27 other contestants to win Reina Hispanoamericana 2026 on Saturday, February 21 in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. The 21-year-old artist and painter from Willemstad became the second woman from Curacao to hold the title next to Evalina Van Putten (2011). Marta Isabel Otero of Colombia placed second (Virreina Hispanoamericana 2026) while Criselys Garcia of the Dominican Republic and Melissa Payró of Mexico were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. The rest of the runners-up were Tiffany González of Puerto Rico (3rd), Camila Chacón of Peru (4th), Emely Barile of Venezuela (5th), and Luz González of Nicaragua (6th). Completing the Top 13 finalists were from Bolivia, Eugenia Redin, Canada, Malayika Kwizera, Ecuador, Ami Ocampo, Panama, Anayansi De Gracía, and the Philippines, Beatriz Mclelland. Miss Universe Spain 2024 is Michelle Jiménez from Balearic Islands

Miss Islas Baleares, Michelle Jiménez, was crowned Miss Universe Spain 2024 during the national competition held on Wednesday, September 11 in the municipality of Guía de Isora in Tenerife. The 21-year-old model triumphed over 16 other contestants to win the national title. She will represent Spain at the Miss Universe 2024 pageant in Mexico this November. Paula Pérez of Comunidad Valenciana and Ana Rosa Rodríguez of Andalucía were named the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Lara Doval of Cataluña and Dori Rodríguez of Navarra were the rest of the Top 5 finalists. Completing the Top 10 were Zulema Vázquez of Galicia, Francesca Carrillo of Asturias, Cristine Gall of Comunidad de Madrid, Elena Macías of Canarias, and Chaima Ouali of Castilla La Mancha. Miss Universe Mexico 2025 is Fatima Bosch of Tabasco

Fatima Bosch was crowned Miss Universe Mexico 2025 on Saturday, September 13 at Sala Placido Domingo (Conjunto Santander de Artes Escénicas) in Zapopan, Jalisco. The 24-year-old designer from Teapa, Tabasco triumphed over 30 other contestants to win the coveted national title. She will represent Mexico at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Fernanda Vázquez of Nuevo León was named first runner-up while Yoana Gutiérrez of Jalisco, Ana Ramírez of Nayarit, and Alejandra Díaz de León of San Luis Potosí were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Former Miss Earth USA Bea Millan-Windorski joins Miss Universe Philippines 2026

Filipino-American Bea Millan-Windorski has recently been appointed as the official representative for the province of La Union at Miss Universe Philippines 2026. At just 24 years old, she is well-acquainted with the world of pageantry, having participated in Miss Earth USA 2024 in Orlando, Florida, where she clinched the title while representing Wisconsin. This achievement made her the first Filipino-American to secure a national title. As Miss Earth USA, she went on to compete in Miss Earth 2024 in the Philippines, where she impressively placed in the Top 4 out of 76 contestants, earning the title of Miss Earth Water. Bea's grandparents on her mother's side were Filipino immigrants from La Union, Philippines. Following her Miss Earth journey, she relocated to the country. Miss Universe 2025, the 74th Miss Universe competition is set to take place on Friday, November 21 at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand. Reigning Miss Universe Victoria Kjær Theilvig from Denmark will hand over her crown to her successor at the conclusion of the event. This year's much-talked-about edition marked Thailand's fourth time hosting the prestigious beauty pageant after 1992, 2005, and 2018. Following the withdrawal of several countries including Cameroon, Germany, Iceland, Kenya, Mongolia, and Montenegro, 122 contestants from various countries and territories are left competing for the coveted international beauty title. Gia Soleil Espinoza of Texas was crowned Miss Earth USA 2026 in a national competition held on Saturday, January 3 at Rosen Centre in Orlando, Florida. The 20-year-old criminal justice major and third-generation business owner from El Paso succeeds last year's winner Haley Poe. She will represent the USA at Miss Earth 2026 later this year. April Rodriguez of Lone Star State was named Miss Earth USA Air, while Angel Marie Strong of West Coast, Alanna Lynch of West Virginia, and Autumn Fisher of Kentucky were announced Miss Earth USA Water, Fire, and Eco, respectively. Meet the winners of Miss Turkey 2025

The glittering Miss Turkey 2025 national competition was held last December 19 at the Lazzoni Hotel in Istanbul. A total of 20 stunning finalists were chosen to compete for the national titles that were at stake — Miss Turkey World and Miss Turkey Supranational. Sıla Saraydemir, a 22-year-old student, was crowned Miss Turkey World 2025. She is expected to represent Turkey at the 73rd Miss World competition whose date and venue have yet to be announced. The new Miss Turkey World received her crown and sash from former titleholder, Miss Turkey World 1995 Demet Şener.
