Luiseth Materán to represent Venezuela at Miss Grand International 2022


Former Miss Universe Venezuela, Luiseth Materán, has now been confirmed as the new Miss Grand Venezuela 2022.

The 26-year-old actress and social communication graduate from Los Teques, Miranda replaced Sabrina Deraneck who resigned due to personal reasons.

Luiseth is no stranger to pageantry. She was named Miss Globe Venezuela 2015 and later on, she represented her home state of Miranda during Miss Venezuela 2020 and placed in the Top 5.

Last year, she was appointed as Miss Universe Venezuela and went on to compete in Miss Universe 2021 in Israel where she placed in the Top 16.

The new Miss Grand Venezuela will now prepare to represent her country in the upcoming Miss Grand International 2022 pageant in Indonesia this October.

Venezuela has won Miss Grand International once with Valentina Figuera in 2019.

Miss Universe Hong Kong 2026 is Jennifer Kraft Zhou

Jennifer Kraft Zhou was crowned the winner of the Miss Universe Hong Kong 2026 pageant on Friday, September 18 at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. The 27-year-old content creator surpassed 14 other contestants to secure the title. She received her crown from her predecessor, last year's champion Lizzie Li. Mexico's Andrés Briseño wins Mister International 2026

The 18th Mister International pageant wrapped up with an electrifying final show on Saturday, September 26 at MCC Hall Bangkapi in Bangkok, Thailand. Andrés Briseño, a 21-year-old athlete and law student from Mexico, was proclaimed Mister International 2026. This remarkable achievement marks a historic moment as he becomes the first Mexican ever to claim this prestigious title. Daiana Stefani Pereyra is the new Miss Universe Argentina

Daiana Stefani Pereyra has officially been named the new Miss Universe Argentina 2026 after the crowned titleholder Tamara Rogouski stepped down for personal reasons. The 28-year-old cabin crew competed for La Pampa and earned the first runner-up position at the national pageant in May. Lo Colby of the USA was crowned Miss International Queen 2026 on Saturday, September 19 at the Tiffany's Show Pattaya in Pattaya, Thailand. The Hawaiian-born Thai-American transgender beauty based in Los Angeles bested 26 rival contestants to win the coveted title. She also bagged the Best in Talent award. South Carolina's Tess Ferm bested 51 other contestants to win Miss America's Teen 2026 on Saturday, September 6 at the Walt Disney Theater, Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts in Orlando, Florida. The 18-year-old student and food allergy advocate from Charleston succeeds Peyton Bolling of Arkansas.
