Miss Guinea Ecuatorial 2022: Meet the winners


Miss Guinea Ecuatorial 2022 (Miss Equatorial Guinea) final gala took place on Saturday, September 17 at Parque Nacional de Malabo (Malabo National Park).

A total of 14 finalists representing various cities and districts of their country participated in the pageant where three winners emerged at the end of the show.

Miss Mbini, Alba Isabel Obama, was crowned Miss Guinea Ecuatorial 2022. The 20-year-old professional model and preuniversity student is expected to represent Ecuatorial Guinea at the 71st Miss Universe pageant in January.

The second place was Vanila Andeme, a 20-year-old hotel receptionist and preuniversity student representing the district of Ebibeyen. She will be competing in the 71st Miss World edition.

Maria Marta Asong of the Akonibe district placed third and will go to the Miss International 2023 pageant in Japan. She is a 20-year-old pre-university student who dreams of becoming a flight attendant.

The new queens succeeded last year's titleholders Miss Universo Guinea Ecuatorial Martina Mituy Avomo, Miss Mundo Guinea Ecuatorial, Gladys Adjaba, and Miss Internacional Guinea Ecuatorial Victoria Kalu Gerona (for Miss International 2022).

Equatorial Guinea, a country in central Africa, debuted at the Miss World pageant in 2012. Its national pageant, Miss Guinea Ecuatorial, was founded 10 years ago and is organized by Agencia Mouge. They sent their first representatives at Miss Universe and Miss International in 2019.

Miss Universe Zimbabwe 2025 is Lyshanda Moyas

Lyshanda Moyas, representing the city of Gweru, was proclaimed Miss Universe Zimbabwe 2025 on Saturday, May 17 at the Harare Hippodrome. The 26-year-old nurse and a finance and marketing consultant beat eight other finalists to win the national competition. Onesimo Nkomo of Nkayi and Rumbidzai Muzopa of Honde Valley were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. Last year's winner Sakhile Dube crowned her successor at the end of the glittering event. She made the Top 30 at Miss Universe 2024 last November in Mexico. 72nd Miss World contestants visit world’s largest film studio complex

The 72nd Miss World contestants had the amazing opportunity to experience the cinematic magic of Ramoji Film City, one of the most iconic theme parks in India. Spanning over 2,000 acres, the famous location is considered as the world’s largest film studio complex as recognized by the Guinness World Records. Miss Universe Guatemala 2025: Meet the contestants

Miss Universe Guatemala 2025 recently kicked off in Guatemala City with the official presentation of the 24 contestants vying for the crown. The national final will be held this July in Quetzaltenango where the reigning Miss Universe Victoria Kjær Theilvig from Denmark is expected to visit as a special guest. Last year's winner Ana Gabriela Villanueva will be crowning her successor who will represent Guatemala at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Estonia's Eliise Randmaa wins gold in sports challenge at Miss World 2025

Miss World Estonia Eliise Randmaa has been announced as the gold winner of the 72nd Miss World Sports Challenge. The fast-track event was held on Saturday, May 17 at the iconic Gachibowli Stadium in Hyderabad, India. Eliise has now secured a Top 10 placement in her continental region and in the Top 40 among 108 contestants vying for this year's title. Miss World Martinique Aurélie Joachim and Miss World Canada Emma Morrrison were awarded the silver and bronze medals, respectively. Miss World Trinidad and Tobago Anna-Lise Nanton placed fourth. Miss Exclusive 2025 is Jera Redant from Geraardsbergen

Jera Redant bested nine other contestants to be crowned Miss Exclusive 2025 (Miss Earth Belgium 2025) on Saturday, May 17 in Middelkerke. The 18-year-old student from Geraardsbergen was announced to represent Belgium at Miss Earth 2025, whose date and venue have yet to be announced. Elizabeth Victoria Raska who was proclaimed Miss Exclusive Air 2025 (Miss International Belgium 2025) will go to Miss International 2025 in Japan this November. Miss World 2025 head to head challenge winners announced

The 72nd Miss World festival continues in Telangana, India with the official announcement of the continental winners of this year's head to head challenge. Advancing to the Top 10 in their continental regions were Idil Bilgen of Türkiye, Millie-Mae Adams of Wales, Faith Bwalya of Zambia, and Anna-Lise Nanton of Trinidad and Tobago. The four remarkable contestants impressed the distinguished panel of judges with their eloquence, passion, and the power behind their Beauty With a Purpose projects. Miss Indonesia Monica Kezia Sembiring was officially announced the winner of the talent competition at Miss World 2025. The talented pianist from North Sumatra beat 23 other finalists to win the fast-track event held at Shilpakala Vedika auditorium in Hyderabad, India. Issie Princesse of Cameroon and Chiara Esposito of Italy placed second and third, respectively. Monica's dazzling piano performance earned her a spot in the Top 10 of her continental group, Asia and Oceania. Miss Universe Japan 2024 is Kaya Chakrabortty

Kaya Chakrabortty bested over 30 other contestants to win Miss Universe Japan 2024 during the national competition held on Thursday, July 25 in Tokyo. The 22-year-old Japanese-Bangladeshi from Kobe City in Hyogo Prefecture will represent Japan at Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico this November. She succeeds last year's winner Rio Miyazaki. Naomi Kamidate, Yukie Yamaguchi, Honoka Shimamori, and Chika Mizuno were the Top 5 finalists.
