FAVORITES: The Miss Globe 2022 Final Top 12 favorites

After two weeks of pre-pageant events and activities, the Miss Globe 2022 world final will culminate tonight at the Opera and Ballet Theatre in Tirana, Albania.

Fifty contestants from around the globe will battle it out for the coveted title currently held by Maureen Montagne of the Philippines.

Based on their overall presentations throughout the competition, runway presence, poise, and interviews, here are our Final Top 12 favorites for the title:

Miss Greater Bridgeport, Shavana Clarke was crowned Miss Connecticut USA 2024 on Sunday, April 14 at Marriott Hartford Windsor Airport in Windsor, Connecticut. The 29-year-old model and mental health advocate will now prepare to represent the state of Connecticut at Miss USA 2024 in California this August. Shavana was crowned by last year's winner and Miss USA 2023 Top 20 semifinalist Karla Aponte Roque. She was third runner-up to Karla during last year's competition. The beautiful contestants vying for Miss Universe Bahamas 2024 were officially revealed on Friday, April 12 online. Ten women have been selected for the opportunity to compete for the national title currently held by last year's winner Melissa Ingraham . Melissa participated in the Miss Universe 2023 pageant in San Salvador, El Salvador last November. Danika Christopherson, representing The Village, was crowned Miss Oklahoma USA 2024 on Sunday, April 14 at OCCC Performing Arts Center Theater in Oklahoma City Community College. The 23-year-old former Miss Oklahoma Teen USA succeeds last year's winner Liv Walbeck. She will now prepare for the Miss USA 2024 competition to be held in California this summer. Miss Universe Netherlands 2024: Meet the Top 16 finalists

From 60 beauties who participated during the casting day, only 16 will now move on as finalists for Miss Universe Netherlands 2024. The selection event and official announcement of the Top 16 finalists took place on Saturday, April 13 at Studio 21 in Hilversum. Previously held by Monica van Ee of the Miss Nederland organization, the license for Miss Universe Netherlands has been taken over this year by Milou Verhoeks of the Miss Beauty of the Netherlands. Last year's winner under Miss Nederland was Rikkie Valerie KollƩ , the first-ever transgender woman to represent the Netherlands at the Miss Universe pageant. Miss RNB EspaƱa 2024 is Elizabeth Laker from Tenerife

Elizabeth Laker was crowned Miss RNB EspaƱa 2024 (Miss Supranational Spain 2024) on Saturday, April 13 at Teatre Auditori de Salou (TAS). The 25-year-old personal trainer and makeup artist from Arona, Tenerife succeeds last year's winner Lola Wilson. Martina SuĆ”rez of Valencia and Ainara MartĆ­nez of La Rioja were the first and second runners-up, respectively. The contestants from Badajoz, Paula CrĆ­spulo, Ourense, Carolina Barroso, and Pontevedra, Iris MiguĆ©lez, rounded out the Top 6 finalists. This year's event was attended by the reigning Mister Supranational from Spain, IvĆ”n Ɓlvarez Guedes , and Miss Supranational from Ecuador, Andrea Aguilera . Miss Universe Greece 2024 is Christianna Katsieri

Christianna Katsieri has been officially announced as Miss Universe Greece 2024 by the Star & Mr GS Hellas organization. The 22-year-old model has previously held the title Miss GS Hellas 2022 and became Miss Earth Greece 2023. She went on to represent Greece at Miss Earth 2023 in Vietnam last December. Her predecessor Marielia Zaloumi was last year's Star GS Hellas and Miss Universe Greece, who went to Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador last November. Malin Chara-anan, representing Phuket, was crowned Miss Grand Thailand 2024 in a glittering event held on Saturday, April 6 at MGI Hall in Bangkok. The 27-year-old beauty triumphed over 70 other contestants to win the national title. She will represent Thailand at Miss Grand International 2024 in Myanmar this October. Kanyaphatsaphon Rungrueang of Pathum Thani was named first runner-up while Kittiyaporn Fungmee of Chumphon, Thansita Dilhokananskul of Lampang, and Aoratai Phangchan of Maha Sarakham were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively.
