Miss Universe Bulgaria 2022 is Kristina Plamenova


Kristina Plamenova has been officially announced as Miss Universe Bulgaria 2022 and will now represent her country at the 71st Miss Universe.

The 26-year-old model and law graduate hails from the northwestern Bulgarian town of Byala Slatina and is currently living in Sofia. She is no stranger to pageantry, having won the title of Miss Sofia in 2019.

Bulgaria has yet to win the Miss Universe pageant since the Balkan country debuted at the prestigious international competition in 1991.

The new Miss Universe Bulgaria succeeded last year's titleholder Elena Danova and will now prepare to travel to New Orleans, Louisiana, USA for the upcoming Miss Universe edition this January.

Miss Universe Croatia 2025 is Laura Gnjatović from Zadar

Laura Gnjatović beat 13 other contestants to win Miss Universe Croatia 2025 on Monday, April 28 at Esplanade Hotel in Zagreb. The 23-year-old nursing student from Zadar was crowned by her predecessor, last year's winner Zrinka Ćorić. She will now prepare to represent Croatia at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Lea Turkalj from Vukovar was named first runner-up while Dolores Kraševac from Kamanje, Ana Čulina from Svinjarevci and Rafaela Bartulović from Bjelovar were the second, third and fourth runners-up, respectively. Miss Universe Philippines 2025 is Maria Ahtisa Manalo of Quezon Province

Maria Ahtisa Manalo of Quezon Province was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2025 on Friday, May 2 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. The 27-year-old from  Candelaria bested 65 other contestants to win the national title. She will represent the Philippines at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. No stranger to pageantry, Ahtisa is a former  Binibining Pilipinas International titleholder who went on to place first runner-up at the Miss International 2018 competition in Japan. She eventually joined Miss Universe Philippines 2024 and finished second runner-up. The national organization then awarded her the title of Miss Cosmo Philippines. Kunda Mwamulima was crowned Miss Universe Zambia 2025 on Saturday, April 20 at the Mulungushi International Conference Centre (MICC) in Lusaka. The 29-year-old registered nurse and model will now prepare to represent Zambia at the Miss Universe 2025 pageant in Thailand this November. No stranger to pageantry, Kunda is a former Miss Earth Zambia titleholder who competed in Miss Earth 2023 in Vietnam. Opal Suchata Chuangsri was officially proclaimed Miss World Thailand 2025 in a special press presentation held on Tuesday, April 22 in Bangkok. The 22-year-old political science major at Thammasat University will represent Thailand at Miss World 2025 in Hyderabad ( Telangana), India this May. No stranger to pageantry, Opal was previously crowned Miss Universe Thailand and went to Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico where she finished as the third runner-up. Mirna Alejandra Caballini Bouche has been revealed by the Señorita Panama organization as official representative of Panama for Miss Universe 2025. The 22-year-old professional model, singer, theater actress and fashion designer will head to Thailand to compete in the 74th Miss Universe pageant this November. No stranger to pageantry, Mirna previously represented Chiriquí at the Miss Universe Panama 2024 competition and finished as the second runner-up. The new Miss Universe Panama speaks Spanish, English and currently studies Italian. She is the CEO of MCaballini Productions, a company dedicated to the production of children's works. Universal Woman Brazil 2025 is Roci Pankov from Amazonas

Roci Pankov from Amazonas was crowned Universal Woman Brazil 2025 on Thursday, May 1 at Studio Stage in São Paulo. The married 36-year-old psychologist, entrepreneur and activist succeeds Carina Manzi and will represent Brazil at Universal Woman 2025 in Jaipur, India this June. Amanda Caldeira of Minas Gerais and Izadora Alves of Goiás were the first and second runners-up, respectively. This year's event was the first edition of the Universal Woman Brazil pageant. A total of 20 contestants competed for the national title.
