Miss Nebraska Teen USA 2023 is Aubrie Charter of Lincoln County


Aubrie Charter, representing Lincoln County, was crowned Miss Nebraska Teen USA 2023 on Sunday, February 26 at The Rose Theater in Omaha, Nebraska.

The 18-year-old graduating student at North Platte High School edged out 11 other competitors to win her state title and also bagged the Miss Congeniality award.

Miss Beatrice, Avery Collins, Miss South Lincoln, Krista Andersen (Miss Photogenic), and Miss Midwest, Addilyn Wilson, were named the first, second, and third runners-up, respectively.

Completing the Top 8 semifinalists were Miss Bennington, Micahlyn Loucks, Miss Elkhorn, Alexandra Huffman, Miss Norfolk, Gisell Duarte Rosas, and Miss Lincoln, Madyson Zoucha.

The new Miss Nebraska Teen USA succeeded last year's winner and reigning Miss Teen USA Faron Medhi. She will now prepare to represent the state of Nebraska at Miss Teen USA 2023 national final in Reno, Nevada later this year.

Her platform "A Little Birdy Loves You" is focused on cancer patients' care and comfort. Earlier this month, she delivered chemo care bags to Cancer Partners of Nebraska in honor of her late grandmother who succumbed to a 10-year battle with cancer.

Last night's glittering event coincided with Miss Nebraska USA 2023 which was won by West Omaha representative Mimi Wood. She will proceed to the Miss USA 2023 pageant.

Miss Turkey 2024: Idil Bilgen wins Miss Turkey World 2024

Idil Bilgen was crowned Miss Turkey World 2024 during the Miss Turkey 2024 national final on Wednesday, September 11 at the Lazzoni Hotel in Istanbul. The 24-year-old medical doctor bested 19 other competitors to win the national title. She will prepare to represent Türkiye at the 72nd Miss World whose date and venue have yet to be announced. Cemre Üker clinched the Miss Turkey Supranational 2024 crown and will head to Poland to compete in Miss Supranational 2025 next summer. Aylin Molla, Melissa Öykü Yorulmaz, Candan Şeviktürk rounded out the Top 5 finalists. Miss Turkey 2024: Meet the Top 20 finalists

A total of 20 finalists have been selected to compete for Miss Turkey 2024 following an elimination round held on Wednesday, September 4 in Istanbul. The grand final will take place on September 11 at the Lazzoni Hotel and the winners are expected to represent Turkey at the next Miss World and Miss Supranational pageants. No competition was held last year and this year's upcoming final will be the 42nd edition of the annual national pageant. In May, the Miss Turkey Organization headed by Can Sandıkcıoğlu officially announced that it parted ways with the Miss Universe Organization after more than 40 years. Its last representative was Aleyna Şirin who competed in Miss Universe 2022 which was held in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA in January 2023. Miss Universe Argentina 2025 is Aldana Masset of Entre Rios

Aldana Masset was crowned Miss Universe Argentina 2025 on Sunday, May 25 at Mansión Tango in Buenos Aires. The 25-year-old singer and image consultant from the province of Entre Rios beat 27 other contestants to win the national title. Julieta Ricardez of La Pampa was named first runner-up while Judit Grnja of Chaco, Ayelen Torres of La Rioja, Carolina Danieri of Comunidad Extranjera, and Xiomara Menna of Misiones were the second, third, fourth and fifth runners-up, respectively. Transgender woman Nguyen Huong Giang to represent Vietnam at Miss Universe 2025

Former Miss International Queen winner Nguyen Huong Giang has been officially announced on Wednesday, September 25 as Miss Universe Vietnam 2025. The 33-year-old model, singer and actress from Hanoi made history as the first ever transgender woman to represent Vietnam at Miss Universe. Huong Giang rose to prominence when she joined the fourth season of Vietnam Idol. She also competed and won The Amazing Race Vietnam 2014 with her ex-boyfriend Criss Lai. Anna Blanco Flores from Venezuela beat over 30 other contestant to win Miss Charm 2025 on Friday, December 12 in Ho Chi Minh City. The 25-year-old singer-songwriter and model was crowned by her predecessor Rashmita Rasindran from Malaysia. She became the first Venezuelan woman to hold the international beauty title. Mística Nuñez, representing Falcón, was crowned Miss Venezuela World 2025 in a national competition held at the Studio 1 of Venevisión on Wednesday, November 12 in Caracas.
