Miss Nebraska Teen USA 2023 is Aubrie Charter of Lincoln County


Aubrie Charter, representing Lincoln County, was crowned Miss Nebraska Teen USA 2023 on Sunday, February 26 at The Rose Theater in Omaha, Nebraska.

The 18-year-old graduating student at North Platte High School edged out 11 other competitors to win her state title and also bagged the Miss Congeniality award.

Miss Beatrice, Avery Collins, Miss South Lincoln, Krista Andersen (Miss Photogenic), and Miss Midwest, Addilyn Wilson, were named the first, second, and third runners-up, respectively.

Completing the Top 8 semifinalists were Miss Bennington, Micahlyn Loucks, Miss Elkhorn, Alexandra Huffman, Miss Norfolk, Gisell Duarte Rosas, and Miss Lincoln, Madyson Zoucha.

The new Miss Nebraska Teen USA succeeded last year's winner and reigning Miss Teen USA Faron Medhi. She will now prepare to represent the state of Nebraska at Miss Teen USA 2023 national final in Reno, Nevada later this year.

Her platform "A Little Birdy Loves You" is focused on cancer patients' care and comfort. Earlier this month, she delivered chemo care bags to Cancer Partners of Nebraska in honor of her late grandmother who succumbed to a 10-year battle with cancer.

Last night's glittering event coincided with Miss Nebraska USA 2023 which was won by West Omaha representative Mimi Wood. She will proceed to the Miss USA 2023 pageant.

Miss World 2026: Meet the winners of the talent competition

The Miss World 2026 Talent competition was held in Nha Trang, Vietnam where 23 finalists showcased their music, dance and art talents to an esteemed panel of judges. Grace Richardson of England emerged the winner for her incredible singing performance of "Over the Rainbow" and she has now earned a place in the Top 40. Another singer Annaelle Ibo of Guadeloupe and dancer Asia Rose Simpson of the Philippines were announced the second and third placers, respectively. Giada Folcia bested 20 other contestants to win Miss Universe Italy 2026 last Sunday, August 30 at Villa Cafiero a San Ferdinando di Puglia. The 36-year-old Lombardi-born model, originally from Monza, will represent Italy at Miss Universe 2026 in Puerto Rico this November. She succeeds last year's winner Lucilla Nori. The 99th Miss America pageant (Miss America 2027) was held on Sunday, September 6 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. Regan Hutsell, a 25-year-old dancer from Texas, bested 51 other contestants to win the crown. She also bagged the preliminary awards for talent and fitness. Miss Universe Australia 2026 is Caity Worthington from Brisbane

Caitlin Worthington was declared the winner of Miss Universe Australia 2026 at the national final on Wednesday, August 26, held at the Crown Melbourne.
