Miss Mesoamerica International 2023 is Maryori Morán of Peru


Maryori Morán of Peru was crowned Miss Mesoamerica International 2023 in a glittering competition held on Saturday, March 18 in San Salvador, El Salvador.

The 22-year-old fashion model from Lima, Peru became the first representative from her country to win the coveted international beauty title.

"I can say that dreams do come true because there is no greater satisfaction than to have gotten where you are thanks to your perseverance, discipline, commitment, and dedication," she wrote (in Spanish) on social media.

A total of six main titles were at stake at the culmination of this year's pageant.

Little Mesoamerica International 2023 — Dianka Sale of Peru

Miss Mesoamerican International was established in 1992 by Francisco Cortez in El Salvador to honor the historic Mayan culture in the Mesoamerican region.
