Mister Supranational South Africa 2023 is Tylo Ribeiro


Tylo Ribeiro was named Mister Supranational South Africa 2023 in a national final held on Saturday, April 22 at The Venue Melrose Arch in Johannesburg.

The 30-year-old data scientist from Pretoria bested nine other finalists to win the title. He will now represent South Africa at Mister Supranational 2023 in Poland this July.

Rounding out the Top 5 were first runner-up Nkululeko Mbatha, second runner-up Jerobiam Julies, third runner-up Anton Siebert, and fourth runner-up David Nkadimeng.

Reigning Miss Supranational Lalela Mswane and Miss Supranational 2021 Chanique Rabe graced the event and were part of the celebrity panel of judges

Miss Southern Plains, Diane Westhoven was crowned Miss Alabama USA 2024 during the state final on Saturday, June 1 at Auburn University's Jay and Susie Gogue Performing Arts Center. The 21-year-old student from Birmingham will now prepare to represent Alabama at Miss USA 2024 this summer in Hollywood, California. Amadea Zupan was crowned Miss Slovenia 2024 (Miss World Slovenia) in a national competition held on Friday, January 10 in Lendava. The 26-year-old medical student at the University of Ljubljana beat 12 other contestants to win the title. She received the crown from her predecessor Alida Tomanič. Katja Zver was named first runner-up while Neja Prosenjak finished as second runner-up and also bagged the Miss Personality award. Xinying Zhu from Anhui crowned Miss Universe China

China officially crowned two national queens for Miss Universe in one year. Two separate national events were held this year. Xinying Zhu from Anhui province was recently crowned Miss Universe China following an intense one-week competition in Zhangjiajie. The 18-year-old vocational student majoring to become a flight attendant at Suzhou Aviation Vocational College is expected to represent China at Miss Universe 2026. She was crowned by her predecessor, Xue Hou, who won the national title in Sanya last July. Xue will head to the Miss Universe 2025 pageant.
