Miss Tahiti 2023 is Ravahere Silloux for Miss France 2024


Ravahere Silloux was crowned Miss Tahiti 2023 on Friday, June 23 at the Mairie de Papeete in French Polynesia.

The 24-year-old model and digital marketing student from Papeete bested nine other competitors to win the title. She is of Tahitian, Chinese, and German descent, speaks French and English, and enjoys traveling and interior designing.

Teipotemarama Cabral (23) and Poeiti Yule-Poroi (23) were named the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Korail Vernaudon (24) clinched the title of Miss Heiva 2023.

Hinarere Taputu (Miss Tahiti 2014 and Miss France 2015 first runner-up) and Matahari Bousquet (Miss Tahiti 2019) hosted the event.

Ravahere succeeds last year's winner Herenui Tuheiava and will now prepare to represent Tahiti at Miss France 2024 this December.

Tahiti boasts five Miss France winners courtesy of Edna Tepava (1974), Thilda Fuller (1980), Mareva Georges (1991), Mareva Galanter (1999), and Vaimalama Chaves (2019).

Miss Universe Philippines 2025, the sixth edition of the annual pageant has culminated last night at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. Heavy favorite Maria Ahtisa Manalo, 27, from Candelaria, Quezon Province, bagged the crown among 66 contestants following a tough competition. She will compete in Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. The Philippines last won the Miss Universe crown in 2018 with Catriona Gray when the pageant was held in Bangkok, Thailand. This year, with another strong representation expected from the country, especially since it's being held in the same host location, the possibility of clinching the fifth crown seems quite achievable. Tonight, 66 of the world's most beautiful and empowered Filipinas will vie for the highly coveted title of Miss Universe Philippines 2025. Firsta Yufi Amarta Putri was crowned Puteri Indonesia 2025 on Saturday, May 2 at the Plenary Hall of the Jakarta International Convention Center in Jakarta. A total of 45 contestants from across the country battled it out to win the national title but the 23-year-old representative of Jawa Timur (East Java) emerged as the top winner. The rest of the Top 4 were Melliza Xaviera Putri Yulian of Jakarta SCR 1, Salma Ranggita of Sumatera Selatan 1, and Rinanda Maharani of Kalimantan Timur. Maria Ahtisa Manalo of Quezon Province was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2025 on Friday, May 2 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. The 27-year-old from  Candelaria bested 65 other contestants to win the national title. She will represent the Philippines at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. No stranger to pageantry, Ahtisa is a former  Binibining Pilipinas International titleholder who went on to place first runner-up at the Miss International 2018 competition in Japan. She eventually joined Miss Universe Philippines 2024 and finished second runner-up. The national organization then awarded her the title of Miss Cosmo Philippines. The Mister Pilipinas Worldwide 2025 national final was held on Monday, April 28 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay City. Seven deserving winners who will represent the Philippines at various international male pageants have been chosen among 26 contestants. The 21-year-old student from Birmingham will now prepare to represent Alabama at Miss USA 2024 this summer in Hollywood, California.
