Miss Universe 2022 R'Bonney Gabriel visits the Netherlands


Reigning Miss Universe R'Bonney Gabriel touched down in Amsterdam, the Netherlands on Friday, July 7 as a special guest for Miss Nederland 2023 (Miss Universe Netherlands 2023).

The beauty queen will be attending the coronation night of the national competition to be held this Saturday, July 8 at the AFAS Theater in Leusden.

Present to welcome her arrival this morning was the outgoing Miss Universe Netherlands Ona Moody. They both competed during the 71st Miss Universe in New Orleans last January.

Hosted by former titleholders Denise Speelman and Zoey Ivory, Miss Nederland 2023 will stream live on the pageant's official YouTube channel from 8 p.m. local time.

After the Netherlands, R'Bonney is expected to continue her official tours this month in other yet-to-be-announced international destinations.

Miss Universe Philippines 2026 Top 6 national costumes announced

The spectacular Miss Universe Philippines 2026 national costume competition took place on Thursday, April 16 at the Urdaneta City Cultural and Sports Center in Pangasinan. This year's show, themed Water, was hosted by the reigning Miss Eco Philippines, Gabbi Carballo. The contestants took to the stage, displaying Filipino artistry through their colorful costumes. Following the competition the costumes from Baguio City , Roxie Baeyens, Iloilo Province , Nicklyn Jutay, Negros Occidental , Alexandria Colmenares, Pampanga , Allyson Hetland, Pangasinan , Donna Nuguid, and Tacloban City , Jacqueline Gulrajani were announced the Top 6. The grand final and coronation night for the Miss Universe Philippines 2026 pageant is scheduled for May 2 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. Miss Grand Thailand 2026 is Patthama Jitsawat of Chonburi

Patthama Jitsawat, representing the Thai province of Chonburi, was crowned Miss Grand Thailand 2026 on Saturday, March 28 at MGI Hall in Bangkok. The 32-year-old beauty edged out 76 other contestants to win the national competition. She succeeds last year's winner Sarunrat Puagpipat of Phuket. Panasaya Angelica Damaagd of Buriram was names first runner-up while Ilin Nabsuk of Phuket, Natthakitta Kerdkanchiroj of Saraburi, and Naruemol Chaloemroek of Sukhothai were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. This year's competition marked the 13th edition of the annual Miss Grand Thailand pageant. Reigning Miss Grand International Emma Mary Tiglao from the Philippines was present at the glittering event. Nadia Mejia-Webb crowned Miss Universe Ecuador 2025

Nadia Mejia-Webb, representing Comunidad USA, was crowned Miss Universe Ecuador 2025 in a national competition held on Saturday, July 26 at Palacio de Cristal in Guayaquil. The 29-year-old model and singer will now prepare to represent Ecuador at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Daphne Currat of Tungurahua and Christie Termidor of Región Sierra were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. Fatima Bosch was crowned Miss Universe Mexico 2025 on Saturday, September 13 at Sala Placido Domingo (Conjunto Santander de Artes Escénicas) in Zapopan, Jalisco. The 24-year-old designer from Teapa, Tabasco triumphed over 30 other contestants to win the coveted national title. She will represent Mexico at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Miss Grand Venezuela 2022 is Sabrina Deraneck

Sabrina Deraneck was proclaimed Miss Grand Venezuela 2022 on Saturday, August 13 at Teatro Municipal de Caracas (Municipal Theater of Caracas). The 23-year-old teacher by profession from the state of Mérida will represent her country at Miss Grand International 2022 in Indonesia this October. Alia Abized, 19, of Nueva Esparta, and Valentina Martinez, 22, of Anzoátegui were named Miss Elite Venezuela and Miss Grand Venezuela 2023, respectively. They are expected to compete in next year's Miss Elite World and Miss Grand International editions. A total of 22 beauties participated during the first edition of Miss Grand Venezuela. Mike van Wijk to represent the Netherlands at 7th Mister Global in Thailand

Mike van Wijk has been named the new Mister Global Netherlands and will represent his country at the 7th Mister Global pageant in Thailand next month. The 22-year-old entrepreneur from Sint-Michielsgestel currently works in construction and plans to open his own personal trainer studio in the future. He was a runner-up in Misters of the Netherlands 2021 and was originally supposed to join 21th edition of Manhunt International. Mister Global pageant will be hosting its 7th edition on March 15 in Mahasarakham, Thailand. Brooke Bruk-Jackson edged out 11 other finalists to be crowned Miss Universe Zimbabwe 2023 on Saturday, September 16 at Harare Hippodrome. The 21-year-old model will now prepare to represent Zimbabwe at Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador this December. It will be her country's first participation in over two decades.
