Miss Universe Norway 2023 is Julie Marie Tollefsen


Julie Marie Tollefsen was crowned Miss Norway 2023 (Miss Universe Norway 2023) on Saturday, August 5 at the Norwegian Centre for Design and Architecture (DOGA) in Oslo.

The 27-year-old fashion designer, born and raised in Norway's capital city, will now prepare to represent her country at the Miss Universe 2023 pageant in El Salvador this September.

Rounding out the Top 5 finalists were Andrea Nesheim Farias (first runner-up), Charlotte Marie Høivold (second runner-up), Emilie Svendby (third runner-up), and Madeleine Malmberg (fourth runner-up).

Last year's winner Ida Anette Hauan crowned her successor at the end of the glittering event.

Miss Universe Australia 2026 is Caity Worthington from Brisbane

Caitlin Worthington was declared the winner of Miss Universe Australia 2026 at the national final on Wednesday, August 26, held at the Crown Melbourne. The 28-year-old radiographer and model from Brisbane succeeds her predecessor Lexie Brant. She will represent Australia at the Miss Universe 2026 pageant in Puerto Rico this November. Georgia Van Zaanen was awarded first runner-up, while Rowan Brent-White, Uma Dawson, and Kristabella Leembruggen took the second, third, and fourth runner-up positions, respectively. Joheirry Mola Dominguez from the Dominican Republic bested 110 other contestants to win Miss World 2026 on Saturday, September in Nha Trang, Vietnam. The 24-year-old model, teacher, news correspondent and advocate received the coveted crown and sash from her predecessor Opal Suchata Chuangsri from Thailand. Elisabeth ReynĂ©s of Spain and Taanusiya Chetty of Malaysia were announced the second and third placers, respectively. María Vargas of Jalisco beat over 30 other contestants to win Miss Universe Mexico 2026 on Saturday, August 29 at Tierra Sagrada in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur. The 28-year-old model and businesswoman from Guadalajara will represent Mexico at Miss Universe 2026 in Puerto Rico this November. Miss World 2026: Meet the continental winners of the Head-to-Head Challenge

The Head-to-Head Challenge for Miss World 2026 took place on August 22 and 24 at the Khanh Hoa Children's Palace in Nha Trang, Vietnam. During the event, all contestants presented themselves and shared speeches about their initiatives. From each continental group, five contestants were selected to move on to the second round, where four continental winners were determined. The continental winners were Romanda Hombir from South Africa, Georgia-Lee Gill from Trinidad and Tobago, Asia Rose Simpson from the Philippines, and Julia KĂĽhnle from Germany. By winning their respective continental groups, they have already earned their spots in the Top 40. Based on their answers during the final round, one of them will be declared the overall challenge winner and will automatically progress to the Top 20.
