Miss World El Salvador 2023 is Andrea Aguilar


Andrea Aguilar has been officially crowned Miss World El Salvador 2023 in a special coronation ceremony held earlier this week at Hotel Barceló in San Salvador.

The 20-year-old business management student will now prepare to represent El Salvador at the 71st Miss World (Miss World 2023) to be held in Mumbai, India this December.

Her predecessor for the national title Nicole Alvarez has now been designated as Miss Intercontinental El Salvador 2023 and will compete in Miss Intercontinental 2023 in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt also later this year.

Daniela Guevara, who represented Usulután at the recently held Miss El Salvador 2023 (Miss Universe El Salvador 2023), was named Reina Hispanoamericana El Salvador 2023 and will now proceed to participate in Reina Hispanoamericana 2023 in Bolivia next January.

No stranger to pageantry, the new Miss World El Salvador was last year's Miss Intercontinental El Salvador who went on to compete in Miss Intercontinental 2022 where she bagged the Miss Photogenic award.

"It's been a year since my first international competition. During this time I have managed to grow, learn, and soak in knowledge. Thanks to God and the Miss World El Salvador organization for the opportunity to represent again my beloved El Salvador," shared Andrea on social media.

I am beyond excited to relive this experience with you all. I want to be able to present my projects not only to El Salvador but to the world. I'm ready to work with the "Beauty With A Purpose" slogan of Miss World."

Miss Hawaii USA 2023 is Savannah Gankiewicz

Miss Wailea Savannah Gankiewicz was crowned Miss Hawaii USA 2023 in a state competition held on Sunday, January 15 at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu. The 27-year-old model of Filipino, Vietnamese and Polish descent from Maui was also awarded Miss Photogenic. She will now represent Hawaii at the Miss USA 2023 pageant in Reno, Nevada later this year. Kawena Kan-Hai, Breea Yamat, Mikayla Baptista, and Ronelle Valera were announced as the first, second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Last year's titleholder who competed in Miss USA 2022 last October, Kiana Yamat, passed the crown to her successor at the end of the event. Another winner proclaimed at the same venue was Miss Hawaii Teen USA 2023 Noelani DeNisi. She was crowned by her predecessor Malulani Paiste and will be heading to the Miss Teen USA 2023 pageant. Celinee Santos Frias was crowned Miss Universe Dominican Republic 2024 during the Miss Republica Dominicana 2024 final competition held on Sunday, May 5 at Centro de Convenciones Sambil in Santo Domingo. The 24-year-old model and actress, representing Distrito Nacional, will now represent the Dominican Republic at the Miss Universe 2024 pageant in Mexico later this year. Melissa Nuñez of the Dominican Community in the USA was named first runner-up while Haidy Cruz of Monte Cristi finished as the second runner-up. Miss USA 2023 Noelia Voigt officially announced her shocking resignation as titleholder in a post on social media on Monday, May 6.s "I realize this may come as a large shock to many. Samantha Poole bested 11 other finalists to be crowned Miss New Zealand 2024 (Miss International New Zealand 2024) on Sunday, May 5 at Bruce Mason Centre in Takapuna Beach. Miss Universe 2023 Sheynnis Palacios received a grand welcome motorcade on Sunday, May 5 at the SM Mall of Asia (MOA) Complex in Pasay City. The beauty queen from Nicaragua arrived in the Philippines on May 1 as part of her Asia Tour and as a special guest of the Miss Universe Philippines organization.
