Miss International 2024 will be held on November 12 in Tokyo


The Miss International 2024 competition has been announced to be held on November 12 in Tokyo, Japan.

This year's pageant will mark the 62nd edition of the Japan-based international beauty pageant.

Tokyo first hosted Miss International in 1968 after being held in the USA since its inauguration in 1960.

The pageant has already been held in the Japanese capital numerous times including last year's remarkable show.

As of today, a few national winners have been crowned so far and further details including the final venue have yet to be officially revealed.

The reigning Miss International is Venezuela's Andrea Rubio who was crowned last October at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Shibuya.

Tonight, the inaugural edition of the Miss Cosmo pageant will take place at the Saigon Riverside Park in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Miss Universe 2024, the 73rd Miss Universe pageant will be held on November 16 at the the Arena CDMX in Mexico City, Mexico. The country known for its rich culture, ancient ruins, dazzling beaches, and incredible cuisine has been chosen to host the competition for the fifth time after 1978, 1989, 1993, and 2007. The 28-year-old model, actor, and host bested over 30 other contestants to become the first-ever Filipino winner of the international male pageant. After a 23-year hiatus, Hong Kong is set to return to the Miss Universe stage this year with Miss Universe Hong Kong 2024 Joanne Rhodes. The 24-year-old art advisor and model edged out 15 other finalists to win the competition on September 26 at the Go Park Sai Sha.
