Vera Arianna Eloranta was crowned Miss International Finland 2025 in a glittering national competition held on Friday, August 22 in Helsinki. The 22-year-old model, actress and dancer from Hämeenlinna will represent Finland at Miss International 2025 in Tokyo, Japan this November. At the same event, Iiris Yli-Kaatiala clinched the title of Miss Cosmo Finland 2025 and will head to Vietnam for Miss Cosmo 2025 later this year. Rosa Kilpi and Jenna Rintamäki were announced as the first and second runners-up, respectively. The new Miss International Finland is no stranger to pageantry. She placed first runner-up at Miss Tampere 2023 and was named Miss Intercontinental Finland 2023. Binibining Pilipinas 2025, the 61st Binibining Pilipinas pageant, was held on Sunday, June 15 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City. The show was hosted by former titleholders Kylie Verzosa, Mary Jean Lastimosa, Maureen Montagne, and Nicole Cordoves. Katrina Anne Johnson from Davao was crowned Binibining Pilipinas International 2025 (Miss International Philippines 2025) and she will represent her country at the Miss International 2026 competition in Japan. The title of Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2025 (The Miss Globe Philippines) went to Annabelle Mae McDonnell of Iligan and she will head to Albania to compete in The Miss Globe 2025. The Miss Czech Republic 2025 national final took place on Saturday, May 3 at the Forum Karlín in Prague. Ten finalists competed the crowns at stake. Linda Górecká clinched the title of Miss World Czech Republic 2025 and is expected to represent her country at the 73rd Miss World. The 21-year-old student from Dětmarovice was crowned by none other than the reigning Miss World and Czech Republic's very own Krystyna Pyszková. Reigning Miss Grand International Rachel Gupta from India was also present to crown the winner of Miss Grand Czech Republic 2025 Markéta Mörwicková. Firsta Yufi Amarta Putri was crowned Puteri Indonesia 2025 on Saturday, May 2 at the Plenary Hall of the Jakarta International Convention Center in Jakarta. A total of 45 contestants from across the country battled it out to win the national title but the 23-year-old representative of Jawa Timur (East Java) emerged as the top winner. The rest of the Top 4 were Melliza Xaviera Putri Yulian of Jakarta SCR 1, Salma Ranggita of Sumatera Selatan 1, and Rinanda Maharani of Kalimantan Timur. They were respectively crowned Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan, Puteri Indonesia Pariwisata, and Puteri Indonesia Pendidikan 2025. Four new queens have been crowned at the culmination of the Bellezas Globales de Nicaragua 2025 pageant held on Sunday, March 23 at the Teatro Nacional Rubén Darío in Managua. A total of 24 beauties battled it out to win the opportunity to represent Nicaragua in the next Miss World, Miss International, Miss Supranational and Miss Cosmo competitions. Catalina Duque Abréu was crowned Señorita Colombia 2024 (Miss Colombia 2024) on November 10 at the Cartagena Convention Center. The 25-year-old beauty representing Antioquia bested over 30 other contestants to win the national title. She became the seventh winner from Antioquia and the first in 28 years after Claudia Elena Vásquez in 1996. Nicolle Ospina of Atlántico placed second and was named Virreina while Juliana Osorio of Region Caribe, Valentina Tafur of Valle, and Olga Álvarez of Riohacha were the first, second, and third runners-up, respectively. The Miss International organization has officially announced the names of the contestants who are vying for Miss International 2024. A total of 75 beauties from different countries and territories are expected to compete for the coveted international beauty title. The contestants will start arriving in Japan on October 29 and will be immersed in various social, cultural, and educational activities. Reigning Miss International Andrea Rubio from Venezuela will crown her successor on November 12 at the Tokyo Dome City Hall. "Sustainability in Pageantry" will be the main theme for the 62nd edition of the pageant. This is in line with its post-pandemic advocacy "Beauties for SDGs" which started in 2022. Liliam Ashby Barrera has been officially appointed Miss International Panama 2024 and will represent her country at Miss International 2024 in Tokyo, Japan this November. The 24-year-old medical student was crowned by her predecessor Linette Clement who placed in the Top 15 at last year's Miss International competition. Reigning Miss International Andrea Rubio from Venezuela graced the special coronation ceremony held Monday, September 23 in Panama City. The new Miss International Panama was the first runner-up at Miss Universe Panama 2024. She represented Panama Centro during the national pageant last month. Panama won the Miss International crown once with Lía Victoria Borrero González in 1998. She was the first Panamanian representative in history to win a major international beauty pageant.
