71st Miss World: Tunisia's Imen Mehrzi wins Talent competition


The 71st Miss World Talent Competition final was held during the Beauty With a Purpose gala dinner on Sunday, March 3 at the Aurika, Mumbai Skycity.

A total of 14 finalists from 112 contestants took part in the final round where Imen Mehrzi of Tunisia was chosen by the judges as the winner for her rendition of "Skyfall" by Adele.

Kaitlyn Clarke of Northern Ireland and Audrey Vanessa of Indonesia placed second and third, respectively.

The rest of the finalists were Botswana (Lesego Chombo), Estonia (Adriana Mass), Gibraltar (Faith Torres), Guatemala (Marcela Miranda), Hungary (Boglárka Hacsi), India (Sini Shetty), Ireland (Ivanna McMahon), Mongolia (Bolor Bat-Erdene), Netherlands (Amber Koelewijn), Portugal (Catarina Ferreira), and Wales (Darcey Corria).

Tunisia has now secured a spot in the Top 40 to be announced during the 71st Miss World final show this Saturday, March 9 in Mumbai.

Miss World Thailand 2026 is Kanteera Techaphattanakul of Chiang Mai

Kanteera "Namphueng" Techaphattanakul was proclaimed Miss World Thailand 2026 on Sunday, May 10 at MCC Hall of The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan in Bangkok. The 25-year-old medical technologist representing Chiang Mai beat 20 other contestants to win the national title. She was crowned by her predecessor Opal Suchata Chuangsri who became Thailand's first Miss World last year. Malaika Khan and Jirapat Dathumma were respectively announced the first and second runners-up while Atina Khontarosaphan Vasnaarchasakul and Pannika Boonsiritakorn rounded out the Top 5 finalists. Nadia Mejia-Webb, representing Comunidad USA, was crowned Miss Universe Ecuador 2025 in a national competition held on Saturday, July 26 at Palacio de Cristal in Guayaquil. The 29-year-old model and singer will now prepare to represent Ecuador at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Following the arrival of the 29 contestants vying for Reina Hispanoamericana 2022, an official presentation took place on Monday, March 13 at the Radisson Hotel in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Standouts were the representatives of Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Equatorial Guinea, Haiti, Mexico, Nicaragua, Peru, and the USA.
