Miss Michigan USA 2024 is Alma Cooper


Miss Okemos, Alma Cooper was crowned Miss Michigan USA 2024 on Sunday, April 21 at McMorran Entertainment Center in Port Huron, Michigan.

The 22-year-old scholar, advocate and US Army officer will now prepare to represent Michigan at Miss USA 2024 in Hollywood, California this August.

Alma holds a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from the United States Military Academy at West Point. The second lieutenant officer is also a Knight-Hennessy Scholar, currently pursuing her master's degree in data science at Stanford University in California.

She succeeds last year's winner, Alexis Fagan-Williams.

Mexico's Andrés Briseño wins Mister International 2026

The 18th Mister International pageant wrapped up with an electrifying final show on Saturday, September 26 at MCC Hall Bangkapi in Bangkok, Thailand. Andrés Briseño, a 21-year-old athlete and law student from Mexico, was proclaimed Mister International 2026. This remarkable achievement marks a historic moment as he becomes the first Mexican ever to claim this prestigious title. Miss Universe Hong Kong 2026 is Jennifer Kraft Zhou

Jennifer Kraft Zhou was crowned the winner of the Miss Universe Hong Kong 2026 pageant on Friday, September 18 at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. The 27-year-old content creator surpassed 14 other contestants to secure the title. She received her crown from her predecessor, last year's champion Lizzie Li. Daiana Stefani Pereyra has officially been named the new Miss Universe Argentina 2026 after the crowned titleholder Tamara Rogouski stepped down for personal reasons. The 28-year-old cabin crew competed for La Pampa and earned the first runner-up position at the national pageant in May. Lo Colby of the USA was crowned Miss International Queen 2026 on Saturday, September 19 at the Tiffany's Show Pattaya in Pattaya, Thailand. The Hawaiian-born Thai-American transgender beauty based in Los Angeles bested 26 rival contestants to win the coveted title. She also bagged the Best in Talent award. South Carolina's Tess Ferm bested 51 other contestants to win Miss America's Teen 2026 on Saturday, September 6 at the Walt Disney Theater, Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts in Orlando, Florida.
