Mister Slovak Republic 2024 is Adam Palkovič


Adam Palkovič was officially proclaimed as the Mister Slovak Republic 2024 in a sashing ceremony held earlier this month in Bratislava.

Among the attendees were the national director Jozef Oklamcak of the Agency, Jozef Grondzak of Lombardi Fashion House, and Jan Palko, a former Mister Slovak Republic.

Adam, a 26-year-old model and fitness trainer from Trnava was chosen from a field of 22 applicants. He succeeds last year's titleholder Tomáš Benko.

Since he now also holds the title of Mister Supranational Slovak Republic 2024, he will represent Slovakia at Mister Supranational 2024 this July in Nowy Sącz, Poland.

The inaugural edition of the Reina Filipinas beauty pageant was held on Friday, August 7 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay City. Palawan's Angelica Lopez, former Miss International Philippines, was crowned Reina Filipinas Grand International 2026 and will represent the Philippines at Miss Miss Grand International 2026 pageant this October. Aslihan Morali crowned Miss Universe Canada 2026

Aslihan Morali, from Ancaster, Ontario, was crowned Miss Universe Canada 2026 on Saturday, August 8 at the Chrysler Theatre in Windsor. The Turkish-Canadian advocate, entrepreneur, model and actor succeeds last year's winner Jaime VandenBerg and will represent Canada at the Miss Universe 2025 pageant in Puerto Rico this November. Tharina Botes, representing Bangkok, was crowned Miss Universe Thailand 2026 on Sunday, August 23 at MGI Hall in Bangkok. The 29-year-old beauty beat over 70 other contestants to win the national title and she will now represent Thailand at Miss Universe 2026 in Puerto Rico this November. The 17th Miss Supranational beauty pageant was held on Friday, July 31 at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Poland. Katrina Llegado, a 28-year-old financial management graduate from the Philippines, was crowned Miss Supranational 2026 by her predecessor Eduarda Braum of Brazil. She bested over 60 other contestants to win her country's second Miss Supranational crown after Miss Supranational 2013 Mutya Datul.
