Miss World Hungary 2025 is Janka Végvári


Janka Végvári from Mosonmagyaróvár beat 15 other finalists to be crowned Miss World Hungary 2025 in a spectacular show on Sunday, June 22 in Budapest.

The 17-year-old high school student succeeds last year's winner Andrea Katzenbach and is expected to represent Hungary at the 73rd Miss World.

Eszter Emőke Veress and Dorka Kata Csapó were announced as the first and second runners-up, respectively.

"This moment feels like a dream, and I know it would not have been possible without the incredible support I received along the way," said the new Miss World Hungary.

She also shared: "Wearing this crown is not just a title, it is a responsibility I carry with pride. I promise to represent Hungary at the Miss World 2026 pageant with dignity, kindness, and strength."

"I hope to be a voice for those who need to be heard and a light in places where hope is needed most," she added.

Karla Bacigalupo was crowned Miss Peru 2025 (Miss Universe Peru 2025) in a national competition held last Sunday, June 15 in the historic city of Cusco. The 33-year-old actress and producer will now prepare to represent Peru at Miss Universe 2025 to be held in Thailand this November. Former Reina Hispanoamerican Maricielo Gamarra was announced as first runner-up while former Top Model of the World Janet Leyva finished as the second runner-up. Eduarda Braum was crowned Miss Supranational Brazil 2025 on Friday, April 4 at Hotel Sibara in Balneário Camboriú, Santa Catarina. The 25-year-old model and influencer, representing Espírito Santo, will represent Brazil at Miss Supranational 2025 in Poland this June. Maria Gasparotto of Guanabara and Cassia Adriane of Pará were announced the first and second runners-up, respectively. Spain's Juul Messiaen crowned Man of the World 2025

Man of the World 2025, the 7th edition of the annual Man of the World competition was held on Saturday, May 31 at the SM North Edsa Skydome in Quezon City, Philippines. Juul Messiaen, a 23-year-old model, athlete and real estate agent from Málaga, Spain bested over 20 other contestants to win the international male pageant. Israel Sierra of Mexico was named first runner-up while Sittichok Panitloedtewa of Thailand, Honza Jiránek of the Czech Republic, and Sworman Delgado of Panama were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Lao-Kiwi Abbigail Sturgin was crowned Miss Universe New Zealand 2025 on Tuesday, June 24 at the SkyCity Theatre in Auckland.
