Miss Universe Israel 2025 is Melanie Shiraz of Caesarea


Melanie Shiraz, representing Caesarea, was proclaimed the winner of Miss Universe Israel 2025 in a competition held on Thursday, July 17 at Hilton Aventura in Miami, Florida.

The 26-year-old Israeli entrepreneur and creative will represent Israel at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. She was crowned by her predecessor, last year's winner Ofir Natalie Korsia.

"Last night was unforgettable and special beyond words. It is such an honor to be given the privilege to represent Israel on an international stage," the new Miss Universe Israel shared online.

"I want to extend my deepest, most heartfelt thanks to everyone who was part of this journey and helped make it happen," she added.

She also wrote: "I can't wait to show the world what I'll do next and how I'll use this platform to give Israel a voice and to create meaningful lasting impact on the world. Thank you for trusting me, I'll do everything in my power to make you all proud."

Melanie is a data science graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. She is deeply committed to empowering women, amplifying underrepresented voices, and fostering pride and belonging in the Jewish and Israeli community.

Vietnam to host the 73rd Miss World competition this summer

Vietnam, the land of the "Ascending Dragon", has been revealed as the official host country of the 73rd Miss World (Miss World 2026) competition. The official announcement was made during the Miss World Vietnam final on March 29 by Miss World CEO and Chairperson Julia Morley CBE and representatives of Sen Vàng, the local organizers and co-producers of the event. The 21-year-old graduate of St. Ignatius Catholic School is a dedicated advocate for empowering youth. Miss Universe 2025, the 74th Miss Universe competition is set to take place on Friday, November 21 at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand. Fatima Bosch was crowned Miss Universe Mexico 2025 on Saturday, September 13 at Sala Placido Domingo (Conjunto Santander de Artes Escénicas) in Zapopan, Jalisco. The 24-year-old designer from Teapa, Tabasco triumphed over 30 other contestants to win the coveted national title. She will represent Mexico at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Meet the winners of Miss Turkey 2025

The glittering Miss Turkey 2025 national competition was held last December 19 at the Lazzoni Hotel in Istanbul. A total of 20 stunning finalists were chosen to compete for the national titles that were at stake — Miss Turkey World and Miss Turkey Supranational. Sıla Saraydemir, a 22-year-old student, was crowned Miss Turkey World 2025. She is expected to represent Turkey at the 73rd Miss World competition whose date and venue have yet to be announced. Kaori Hashimoto was crowned Miss Universe Japan 2025 in a national competition held on Wednesday, July 16 in Shibuya. The 21-year-old business administration student from Tochigi Prefecture beat over 40 other contestants to win the national title. Saki Fujita and Reina Ishii were the first and second runners-up, respectively, while Chiemi Takayama and Naomi Monique Kamidate were the rest of the Top 5 finalists. Kaya Chakrabortty, last year's winner who made the Top 30 at Miss Universe 2024 held in Mexico, crowned her successor at the end of the event.
