The Binibining Pilipinas 2024 grand coronation night was held on Sunday, July 7 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao, Quezon City. Forty beautiful "binibinis" from across the country battled it out to win the coveted national titles that were up for grabs — Binibining Pilipinas International and Binibining Pilipinas Globe. The representative of Abra, Myrna Esguerra, was crowned Binibining Pilipinas International 2024 (Miss International Philippines). She will represent the Philippines at Miss International 2025 in Japan. Jasmin Bungay of Pampanga clinched the title of Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2024 (The Miss Globe Philippines) and she is expected to represent the Philippines at The Miss Globe 2024 pageant in Albania. Reigning Miss International Andrea Rubio is expected to visit the Philippines to attend the 60th Binibining Pilipinas (Miss Philippines) pageant. This will be the second official visit of the Venezuelan beauty to Asia since she was crowned Miss International 2023 last October in Japan. Last March, she went to Jakarta, Indonesia as a special guest of the Puteri Indonesia 2024 pageant together with the reigning Miss Supranational Andrea Aguilera and Miss Charm Luma Russo. This year's Binibining Pilipinas will be the 60th edition of the annual competition. The grand coronation night is expected to be held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum this June. The successors of reigning queens Angelica Lopez and Anna Valencia Lakrini will represent the Philippines at Miss International 2025 in Japan and The Miss Globe 2024 in Albania. No more pageantry for Herlene Nicole Budol as she retires from competing

Herlene Nicole Budol who bagged the title Miss Tourism Philippines 2023 at the recently held Miss Grand Philippines 2023 announced her retirement from pageantry. From her first competition where she was crowned Binibining Angono, the famous vlogger and TV personality went on to place first runner-up at Binibining Pilipinas 2022 and clinched multiple sponsored awards. Following her withdrawal from the controversial Miss Planet International edition in Uganda last year, Herlene came back determined to conquer Miss Grand Philippines but the results unfortunately did not go in her favor. In one of her latest posts on social media, she emotionally shared a video captioned in Filipino — "Kung saan man po ako dalhin ng tadhana ng Philippines yun napo ang last pageant ko sa pageant lang susuko hindi sa buhay." Palawan's Angelica Lopez wins Binibining Pilipinas International 2023

Angelica Lopez was crowned Binibining Pilipinas International 2023 during the 59th Binibining Pilipinas edition on Sunday, May 28 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao, Quezon City. The 22-year-old model and psychology student from Palawan bested 30 other competitors to win the title. She will now prepare to represent the Philippines at Miss International 2024. Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2023 went to Anna Valencia Lakrini, 25, from Bataan. She will travel to Albania for The Miss Globe 2023 pageant. Katrina Anne Johnson of Davao del Sur and Atasha Reign Parani of General Trias Cavite were named the first and second runners-up, respectively.
