Andrea Rubio to visit the Philippines for Binibining Pilipinas 2024


Reigning Miss International Andrea Rubio is expected to visit the Philippines to attend the 60th Binibining Pilipinas (Miss Philippines) pageant.

This will be the second official visit of the Venezuelan beauty to Asia since she was crowned Miss International 2023 last October in Japan.

Last March, she went to Jakarta, Indonesia as a special guest of the Puteri Indonesia 2024 pageant together with the reigning Miss Supranational Andrea Aguilera and Miss Charm Luma Russo.

This year's Binibining Pilipinas grand coronation night will be held on July 7 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City. The winners will represent the Philippines at Miss International 2025 and The Miss Globe 2024.

Former queens Nicole Cordoves (Miss Grand Philippines 2016), Kylie Versoza (Miss International 2016), Catriona Gray (Miss Universe 2018), and MJ Lastimosa (Miss Universe Philippines 2014) will be hosting the much-awaited event.

Miss Cosmo USA Yolina Lindquist beat 70 other contestants to win the Miss Cosmo 2025 pageant on Saturday, December 20 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The 22-year-old from Illinois was crowned by her predecessor Ketut Permata Juliastrid from Indonesia. She became the first ever American woman to hold the international beauty title. Hinaupoko Devèze from Tahiti was crowned Miss France 2026 on Saturday, December 6 at the Zénith d'Amiens in Amiens, Hauts-de-France. The 23-year-old model bested 29 other contestants to win the prestigious national pageant. She succeeds Angélique Angarni-Filopon from Martinique. Juliette Collet of Nouvelle-Calédonie was named first runner-up while Victoire Dupuis of Normandie, Naomi Torrent of Guadeloupe, and Déborah Adelin-Chabal of Roussillon placed second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Miss Turkey 2024: Meet the Top 20 finalists

A total of 20 finalists have been selected to compete for Miss Turkey 2024 following an elimination round held on Wednesday, September 4 in Istanbul. The grand final will take place on September 11 at the Lazzoni Hotel and the winners are expected to represent Turkey at the next Miss World and Miss Supranational pageants. No competition was held last year and this year's upcoming final will be the 42nd edition of the annual national pageant. Nadia Mejia-Webb, representing Comunidad USA, was crowned Miss Universe Ecuador 2025 in a national competition held on Saturday, July 26 at Palacio de Cristal in Guayaquil. Miss Universe 2026 host country and venue officially announced

The Miss Universe Organization has officially confirmed that Puerto Rico will be the host country for the Miss Universe 2026 pageant. Puerto Rican politician Jenniffer González Colón also made an announcement in a conference held on Tuesday, September 23 in San Juan. The 75th Miss Universe edition will be held in November 2026 at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot, the largest indoor entertainment and sports arena in Puerto Rico. Reigning Miss Universe Victoria Kjær Theilvig from Denmark was present at the conference alongside former winners from Puerto Rico — Deborah Carthy-Deu (1985), Dayanara Torres (1993), Denise Quiñones (2001), and Zuleyka Rivera (2006).
