Miss International Cambodia 2023 is Alyna Somnang

Former Miss Universe Cambodia, Alyna Somnang, has been officially appointed by the Miss Cambodia organization as Miss International Cambodia 2023. The 22-year-old model and actress who is currently pursuing her MBA degree in international relations will represent her country at the 61st Miss International pageant. No stranger to pageantry, Alyna was previously crowned Miss Universe Cambodia 2019 and went on to participate in the 68th Miss Universe which was held in Georgia, USA. The new Miss International Cambodia is an advocate for education who has been actively promoting the importance of staying in school during her various community projects since 2019. She wants to encourage the youth to study hard and achieve their dreams to break the chain of poverty. Miss International 2023 is scheduled to take place at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan this coming October. Miss Universe Cambodia 2023 is John Sotima

John Sotima was crowned Miss Universe Cambodia 2023 on Thursday, September 7 at Bayon TV Steung Meanchey Studio in Phnom Penh. The 23-year-old beauty representing Kampong Cham bested over 30 other competitors to win the national title. She will now prepare to represent Cambodia at Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador this coming November. Sai Fhon of Phnom Penh was announced as the first runner-up while Vannak Bormey of Svay Rieng, Channa Pisey of Battambang, and Kolianne Mailfait of Prey Veng were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. The new Miss Universe Cambodia is no stranger to pageantry as she has already joined the national pageant in 2019 and placed second runner-up. She was then named Miss Tourism Cambodia and went on to compete in Miss Tourism International 2019 in Malaysia where she was awarded the title Dreamgirl of the Year International. Miss Grand Cambodia 2023 is Phoem Sreyno of Phnom Penh

Phoem Sreyno bested 24 other competitors to be crowned Miss Grand Cambodia 2023 on Saturday, August 19 at Koh Pich Theater in Phnom Penh. The 25-year-old beauty from the Cambodian capital city will now prepare to represent her country at Miss Grand Internationa 2023 to be held in Vietnam this October. Anna Koy of Kratié was named first runner-up while Leakena In of Pailin, Sreynit Sou of Kampong Thom, and Men Nong Nith of Preah Sihanouk were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Reigning Grand International Isabella Menin from Brazil graced the event as a special guest. She was accompanied by Teresa Chaivisut, vice president of the MGI organization. Miss Universe Cambodia 2023 kicks off in Phnom Penh

Miss Universe Cambodia 2023 officially kicked off with the opening ceremony held on Thursday, July 27 at Bayon TV Steung Meanchey Studio in Phnom Penh. Thirty-five contestants who were chosen following an interview round also received their official sashes with the name of the Cambodian provinces they represent during the glittering show hosted by Leak Monyanita, Vorn Sela, and Kim Anna. Three important events will be held this August — the swimsuit competition (August 24), the national costume (August 28), and the preliminary (August 30). The much-awaited final and coronation night is set for September 7. At the culmination of this year's pageant, one contestant will walk away with a new crown inspired by Banteay Srei temple and the opportunity to represent Cambodia at Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador. Former Miss Grand Cambodia, Chily Tevy, was crowned Miss Supranational Cambodia 2023 on Saturday, April 1 at the Grand Ballroom of Morgan Tower in Koh Pich, Phnom Penh. The 26-year-old model representing Kampong Thom edged out 17 other contestants to win the national beauty pageant. She succeeded last year's titleholder and first-ever Miss Supranational Cambodia Leakena In. Khemma Metayer of Kep finished as first runner-up while Leak Monyanita of Battambang, Houn Srey Khouch of Phnom Penh, and Yi Srey Pov of Rattanakiri were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Manita Hang bested 19 other contestants to be crowned Miss Universe Cambodia 2022 in a glittering competition held in Phnom Penh on Wednesday, June 15. The 23-year-old beauty, who holds a degree in accounting and finance, was born to a French father and a Cambodian mother. She succeeds last year's winner Marady Ngin and will now prepare to represent Cambodia at Miss Universe 2022. Sothnisay Heng was named first runner-up while Bonika Heng finished second runner-up. Sokhavatey Ratana and Geklang Hun were the third and fourth runners-up, respectively. The new Miss Universe Cambodia took to social media to thank her supporters after winning her title. Marady Ngin was crowned Miss Universe Cambodia in a gleaming national competition held on Thursday, October 28 in Phnom Penh. The 22-year-old model, actress, and host edged out 17 other beauties to win the pageant. She succeeds Sarita Reth and will now prepare for the international Miss Universe 2021 (70th Miss Universe) pageant in Eilat, Israel this December. Neth Son and Margaret Sim were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. Miss Cambodia 2020: Phum Sophorn to represent Cambodia at 70th Miss World

Phum Sophorn was crowned Miss Cambodia 2020 in a glittering competition held last Wednesday, December 23. The 18-year-old beauty from Phnom Penh bested 30 other contestants to win the national title. She succeeds last year’s titleholder, Vy Sreyvin. Pich Votey Saravody was named first runner-up while Keo Sreylin took home the second runner-up position. The new Miss Cambodia will represent her country at the 70th edition of the Miss World pageant to be held in the last quarter of 2021. “I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all the fans who have always supported me and other Miss Cambodia,” the beauty queen shared on social media. “I promise to do my best for Cambodia,” she added.
