Miss Earth Japan 2023 is Kirari Oshiro of Okinawa

Kirari Oshiro bested 22 other competitors to be crowned Miss Earth Japan 2023 in a national competition held on Thursday, August 3 at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo. The 20-year-old university student representing Okinawa succeeds last year's winner Manae Matsumoto and will now prepare to represent her country at Miss Earth 2023 in Vietnam this December. Rounding out the Top 5 finalists were Haruna Kokubo of Tokyo (second place), Arisa Nagasaka of Osaka (third place), and Yume Kusunoki of Niigata (fourth place). Reigning Miss Earth Mina Sue Choi from Korea and former Miss Earth Fire Jareerat "Baitong" Petsom from Thailand were special guests at the event. Miss Earth Panama 2023 is Nicole Castillero

Panameña Universal Organization officially announced Nicole Castillero as Miss Earth Panama 2023 via social media on Wednesday, August 2. The 23-year-old student pursuing a degree in marketing and international studies will now represent Panama at Miss Earth 2023 to be held in Vietnam this December. Nicole succeeds last year's representative Valerie Solís who bagged a silver medal for Best in Talent during the Miss Earth 2022 competition in the Philippines. Panama has yet to win the Miss Earth crown since joining for the first time in 2001. Its highest placement was in 2006 when Stefanie de Roux Martin placed in the Top 8. Miss Earth 2023 final will be held on December 16

Carousel Productions, Inc., organizers of the Miss Earth pageant officially announced that the Miss Earth 2023 final will be held on December 16 in Vietnam. The official announcement was posted on Friday, July 21 on the pageant's official social media pages. Vietnam hosted Miss Earth for the first time in 2010. The 10th-anniversary edition was held at the Vinpearl Land Amphitheater in Nha Trang where India's Nicole Faria emerged as the winner. "ME Loves TREE" will be the theme of this year's pageant which is expected to be held in Lam Dong. More than 80 countries are expected to participate and so far, more than 30 contestants have been confirmed with more to be announced in the coming months. This year's premier international beauty and environmental event awaits the anticipated debut of Mozambique and the return of Fiji, Honduras, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Liberia, Nicaragua, and Paraguay. Miss Earth Vietnam 2023 pageant officially launched

Miss Earth Vietnam 2023 was officially launched in a special press conference held on Wednesday, June 19 at Caravelle Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City. Reigning Miss Earth Mina Sue Choi of Korea was honored as ambassador during the event organized by TNA Entertainment under the leadership of the entrepreneur, actress, and president of Miss Earth Vietnam Truong Ngoc Anh. The national competition will kick off official casting in August and the winner is expected to participate in the Miss Earth 2023 to be held in the country this December. Miss Earth Spain 2023 is Edurne Fernández

Edurne Fernández was crowned Miss Earth Spain 2023 in a national competition held on Sunday, July 16 at Teatro Apolo in Almería. The 20-year-old nursing student from Alicante succeeds last year's winner Aya Kohen and will now prepare to represent Spain at Miss Earth 2023 to be held in Vietnam later this year. Paula Sánchez was named first runner-up while Naiara Afán, Sandra Martín Maldonado, and Noa Sánchez were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Spain has yet to win the Miss Earth crown since its debut at the pageant in 2001. Its highest placements were in 2007 and 2009 when both Ángela Gómez and Alejandra Echevarría placed in the Top 4 and bagged the Miss Earth Fire title. Miss Earth 2022 Mina Sue Choi visits Vietnam

Reigning Miss Earth Mina Sue Choi touched down in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on Sunday, July 16 for her first official visit to the country. The 25-year-old Korean beauty was warmly received by TNA Entertainment headed by businesswoman, executive producer, and actress Truong Ngoc Anh. Mina will be a special guest in a press conference for Miss Earth Vietnam 2023 this Wednesday, July 19 at Caravelle Saigon. She is also expected to take part in social and promotional activities for the national competition. To recall, Miss Earth 2022 won her title from a field of over 85 contestants from all over the world last November in the Philippines. They have also received the sashes with the names of various Venezuelan states and regions that they represent. Miss Beauty of the Netherlands 2023 is Noa Claus from Overijssel

Noa Claus was crowned Miss Beauty of the Netherlands 2023 (Miss Earth Netherlands 2023) in a glittering show held on Saturday, July 1 at Studio 21 in Hilversum. The 20-year-old restaurant employee from Enschede, Overijssel bested 11 other contestants to win the national title. She will now prepare to represent the Netherlands at Miss Earth 2023 in Vietnam later this year. Sasha Verhoef of Zuid-Holland was named first runner-up while Yentl Felter of Utrecht, Caitlin de Jong of Friesland, and Sara Balic of Limburg were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively. Daniela Landín bested 15 other competitors to win Miss Earth Mexico 2023 in a national competition held on Saturday, July 1 in Calderitas, Quintana Roo. The 27-year-old mechanical engineer from Aguascalientes succeeds Indira Pérez Meneses and will now prepare to represent Mexico at Miss Earth 2023 in Vietnam later this year. Her court of elemental queens consists of Alexia Briviesca of Yucatán, Lucía Ortega of San Luis Potosí, and Carolina Balboa of Tamaulipas. Misbah Arshad was proclaimed Miss Pakistan World 2023 in a crowning ceremony held on Wednesday, May 31 at the Grand Palm Hotel in Lahore. The 25-year-old Pakistani beauty lives in Munich, Germany with her family and is pursuing her bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of Hagen. Miss Earth New Zealand 2023 is Caitlyn Dulcie from Auckland

Caitlyn Dulcie was crowned Miss Earth New Zealand 2023 on Saturday, May 27 at Te Pou Theatre in Henderson, Auckland. The 23-year-old model, dancer, and musician also bagged the Best In Judge’s Interview and Best in Talent special awards.  Her court of elemental queens consists of Mercedes Budd, Lelaine Dela Cruz, Alyssa Roberts, and Moya van Kooten. They were named Miss Earth Air, Water, Fire, and Land, respectively. Simran Madan, last year's winner who went on to compete in the Philippines last November, passed the crown to her successor at the end of the event. Caitlyn will now prepare to represent her island country at Miss Earth 2023 in Vietnam later this year. New Zealand has yet to win the Miss Earth title since joining the pageant for the first time in 2001.
