Miss Beauty of the Netherlands 2023 is Noa Claus from Overijssel


Noa Claus was crowned Miss Beauty of the Netherlands 2023 (Miss Earth Netherlands 2023) in a glittering show held on Saturday, July 1 at Studio 21 in Hilversum.

The 20-year-old restaurant employee from Enschede, Overijssel bested 11 other contestants to win the national title. She will now prepare to represent the Netherlands at Miss Earth 2023 in Vietnam later this year.

Sasha Verhoef of Zuid-Holland was named first runner-up while Yentl Felter of Utrecht, Caitlin de Jong of Friesland, and Sara Balic of Limburg were the second, third, and fourth runners-up, respectively.

The title Miss Teen of the Netherlands 2023 went to 18-year-old Mevy Lumamuly, also from Overijssel. She is now expected to compete in Miss Teen International 2024.

Her runners-up were Janey Descendre of Gelderland (first), Anouck van Heerden of Noord-Brabant (second), Sophia Lettinga of Friesland (third), and Noa Passon of Utrecht (fourth).

For the first time in its history, both winners of the pageant came from the same province.

Dutch actor Juvat Westendorp hosted the competition with former titleholder Nikki Prein and reigning Miss Grand Netherlands Marit Beets while the President of Miss Beauty of the Netherlands Tessa Le Conge led the announcement of winners.

Last year's titleholders, Merel Hendriksen (Miss Earth 2022 Top 8 finalist) and Floortje Timmer (Miss Teen International 2023 Top 8 finalist) crowned their respective successors at the culmination of the event.

The Miss Philippines 2026 titleholders officially crowned

The coronation ball for The Miss Philippines 2026 took place on Sunday, May 10, at the Grand Ballroom in City of Dreams Manila. Nadia Mejia-Webb crowned Miss Universe Ecuador 2025

Nadia Mejia-Webb, representing Comunidad USA, was crowned Miss Universe Ecuador 2025 in a national competition held on Saturday, July 26 at Palacio de Cristal in Guayaquil. The 29-year-old model and singer will now prepare to represent Ecuador at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand this November. Daphne Currat of Tungurahua and Christie Termidor of Región Sierra were named the first and second runners-up, respectively. After 17 years, former Miss France Sylvie Tellier has officially announced her departure from the Miss France organization. The 44-year-old took to social media on Wednesday, August 31 to make a public statement on her decision to leave, which was made "with a lot of emotion because you don't leave a company after 17 years without memories in your head." The spectacular Miss Universe Philippines 2026 national costume competition took place on Thursday, April 16 at the Urdaneta City Cultural and Sports Center in Pangasinan.
